舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Salmon Arm)

Was a good place to stay would recommend. Close to uptown grocery store and bank. Fast food places near by. Not far from downtown.

This stay was very disappointing, the only place that looked clean was the reception. The room had layers of dust on everything and the carpets were filthy with visible dirt and stain in the hallway and in the room, I was afraid to remove my shoes. The rooms were a good size and their breakfast was the only redeeming feature. And the free parking, I guess.

Loved the layout of the king suite, it was perfect for traveling with a toddler because we could put the kid to bed, close the door and still sit in the small living room area and go to the bathroom without disturbing. Our room was nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The breakfast is included in the hotel price - first day was great, second day was not good (cold food, empty dishes, sticky dining room). Didn’t really impact our trip, and overall we were quite happy with the hotel and appreciated the kind staff that we did meet.

Kids loved the swimming pool and water slide! Endless hours of going down the slide which was super fast! Appreciated the welcome coffee/tea/water station. Not all hotels have offered this and we love it! Easy check in, kind staff. Hotel seems clean. Looking forward to breakfast as kids enjoyed it the last time they stayed here!

We booked this inn for one night with my family, and we loved how our two rooms were great. Both rooms have a hallway to walk in when you come inside, and the rooms have so much space, blankets, towels, pillows; and everything is completely organized and has extras if you need them. The air-conditioned are excellent. Their amenities are well served.

We came with our puppy. The lady who checked us in was fabulous..i wish i could remember her name. Hot breakfast. Didnt use pool or weight room so cannot comment on those. Have been here a few times. Will always stay here when in Salmon Arm

Only one issue. The toilet tank did not refill with water after use. I got only one flush but since it was only me and I was using it basically for a travelling quick sleep that was fine. I did not notice that the tank had not refilled until the morning and reported it to the front desk as I checked out. Wifi was good, parking plentiful, checkin efficient, room was fine. Plenty of news channels on the tv but little entertainment ones. All in all, it was fine.

I had booked 3 King rooms. They couldn’t honor that. Their response was since It booked with ******* they couldn’t do anything for me. It made it appear like it was my fault that I booked with ******* hence I deserve poor customer service.
