This hotel is reasonable for its price. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast offers sufficient food.

Absolutely nothing negative to say! Excellent hotel experience. Clean rooms, excellent customer service, very pleasant staff, dog friendly, central location. We'll definitely stay at rhe Sure Stay in Salmon Arm again and are happy to recommend to friends and family.

Great location. Room was not updated and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke Hot tub was still out if service. (Been over a year)

Decent stay for the price. We requested a pet-friendly room, so it perhaps wasn't as nice as other rooms, but that was to be expected. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a one-night stay.

They gave the room next to the train track very noisy that was disrespectful. I work all day and was driving for 7 hours I was in need of good room . This front office guy gave me the Conner room next to the railway track . I will apply for my refund . And will not recommend any one here .

First thing we noticed upon entering our room was a very strong odour to it. The room was also quite dirty with dust, dead bugs on the floor, stained couch, and mildewy taps. We arrived super late, so we didn't request another room. When we brought it up to the front desk staff in the morning they were very accomodating and apologized. The breakfast was decent and we found the front desk staff helpful. However, we wouldn't book there again based on condition and dirtyness of the room we had.

Easy to access from the highway, staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Very convenient location for our road trip and in a very lovely town. Nice swimming pool and fantastic hot breakfast.

Great spot to stay overnight. Good food nearby and a hot delicious breakfast included with room!
