希波恩枕頭酒店(Seaborn Salou)

Habitación reformada, básica pero con gusto Desayuno más que correcto Excelente relación calidad/precio Recepcionistas muy muy amables, atentos y muy simpáticos (sobre todo una chica morena con gafas y un chico q nos encontramos el 30 y 31 de agosto) Combinación de autobús muy práctico.

Chambre mal nettoyer, des traces de sang , des puces de lits !!! Et une douche qui sent mauvais Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles ne vous y fier pas . Nous ne sommes pas rester 1h et somme partie dans un autres hôtel 4* pour le même prix

Da quando siamo arrivati e fino a quando ce ne siamo andati siamo stati trattati come dei re. Le receptionist Aya e Vanesa sono state superlative esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste in maniera impeccabile. Ci hanno trattato come se fossimo di famiglia: sempre sorridenti, cordiali, disponibili e premurose. Nel farlo sono state anche molto professionali ed educate. Ci hanno oltretutto consigliato i posti da visitare e anche gli ottimi posti dove poter andare a mangiare (ristorante che hanno superato anche le nostre aspettative). Davvero un personale fantastico! Una lode anche alle signore delle pulizie, in quanto la stanza era sempre pulitissima e in ordine e soddisfacevano anche le richieste della mia compagna (cuscini aggiuntivi per il mal di schiena). Siamo rimasti poi molto colpiti per il livello di sicurezza garantito dall'albergo in quanto durante la notte i corridoi vengono costantemente vigilati da una guardia per la sicurezza degli ospiti. Infine la colazione era molto buona, abbondante e varia (sia dolce che salata). Torneremo più che volentieri! Consigliatissimo!

Se trata de un hospedaje modesto pero moderno y cómodo. Con todo los detalles que se puede tener y alguno más. Excelente ubicación. Limpieza y detalles y muy buen precio. Siendo finales de agosto no hubo problemas de reserva el personal muy agradable.

Stayed here in 2019 and have written a great review. My advice now is to avoid this place. We were asked when we would arrive around 8 hours prior to our planned arrival and we’re told we could check in after our planned arrival at 2.30. When we got to the hotel at 3:40 we were told our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. My partner went to the hotel at 5:45 to be issued a room that was inferior to what we booked (large room with terrace). When my partner notified reception he said she had dirtied the room (by placing a bag on a bed and sitting on a seat. After being hung up on the phone she asked to pay to upgrade the room but we hadn’t been issued the room that was advertised. This wasn’t possible. When she said we would be leaving the hotel he then tried to backtrack and resolve the issue. By this time we had booked a new hotel. This used to be a hotel by pillow and was superbly clean with great customer service. This has now greatly declined. If you are looking at this hotel, please look elsewhere. PV SALOU beach is fantastic at roughly the same cost.

Poor customer service I have stayed here before with no issues so I decided to come back again, I checked in around 3pm with a lovely lady and came back for my key at 5.30 as we couldn't check in until after 4. After walking up the stairs with two heavy bags (as the lift would not close) I got to my room, this was not the room I booked so I went back to reception. The man I spoke to told me I had the correct room and that I shouldn't go by the photos online as peole are always expected a hot tub. I explained I had been to the apartment before and booked the same type of room as last time and looking at their website I had been given an economy room this time. He continued to advise this was incorrect & I had the right room. I offered to pay more to have another room as on their website the family rooms were still available for the duration of my stay. He told me this was wrong and they were fully booked, but I could cancel my room online and try and book another, I explained doing that would charge me €49 and I would be happy paying him the difference. After he came to see the room to check it he asked me to give him 30 minutes and he would call me so I sat in the room on a white chair waiting. He called the room and then advised me as the room was now dirty I wouldn't be able to upgrade as I should have told him I was unhappy straight away for him to help me, at this point I had only been given the key 40 minutes before. I told him that I came straight back down after seeing the room however he informed me that as I left my bags in the room to do this it was now dirty and he couldn't help me, when I tried to explain I hadn't touch anything only the white plastic chair & now the phone he hung up the phone on me. I walked back down stairs and asked why he hung up on me to which I had no reply. After explaining I was unhappy with the room I cannot understand why I wasnt asked to grab my bags and wait in reception, instead of been advised to wait 30 minutes when we were both in the room. After an hour of been advised the room was now dirty because my bags were in it & I'd only be able to have that room I cancelled my booking and booked another place in salou. If you cannot provide the rooms advertised then they should be removed from the website so customers know what is available and are getting what they paid for. This could have been a quick and easy fix however I had to book a last minute hotel instead.

This is an okay option if staying one night any longer and I would be doing a different review, we were visiting friends just down the road so fine for what we needed, it's a bit of a hoho hostel. The young lady on reception was pleasant and welcoming.

This is not a hotel, more like apartments in a private living building. There is are unclean rooms,the bedsheets were not change from the previous turist stay, traces of foot print on the pillow, dirt under beds, windows not clean for a long time, we couldn't stay more then an hour because was unbearable and feel unsafe. All this for a very steep price for one night! We were face with the decision to get our money back and try to find another accommodation, in the evening, with 2 children and a lot of luggages🤬

Clean, fresh and well maintained but air conditioning inadequate so very, very hot and beds hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is adjacent to a number of bars that are unbearably loud - listening to drunken people singing karaoke until the small hours of the morning was unbearable.
