Muy buenos apartamentos por el precio que son

Estupenda estancia, el apartamento de diez, muy bien situado muy cerquita de la playa y rodeado de tiendas y supermercados. Teníamos todo tipo de equipamiento tanto dentro como en la terraza que por cierto nos daban a la calle principal y al otro lado de la calle, osea inmensa y muy bien amueblada con tumbonas y mesa con sillas y lo mejor, veíamos el mar, estábamos en un quinto piso. La piscina y restaurante estaban también muy bien, sobretodo al regreso de la playa para darnos un bañito acompañado de una cervecita. Las chicas de la recepción estupendas siempre siempre con una sonrisa. La camarera de habitación también estupenda, siempre llamando para ver si necesitas toallas o cualquier cosa. Nosotros desde luego si volvemos a Salou ntentarémos alojarnos de nuevo en El Cye.

Stayed for a week in August, easy check in with multilingual staff. Had to pay 80 euro deposit which we did not know about prior to arrival but this was returned when we departed. Pleased with room and amenities- microwave, fridge, hobs, kettle, cutlery and more. Plenty of towels were provided and room changed twice a week. Had a really nice balcony. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed, all staff friendly including at the bar and adjacent restaurant. 2 Convenient lifts to use which was great. There are Supermarkets, restaurants and beach all just a short walk away. Air con was included which is not always the case with other hotels. Would stay again, thank you

This is our second stay in the Cye and will definitely stay again , the apartments are so central to everything there so clean very spacious room and lovely friendly reception staff. We had a corner room so the balcony was smaller than others and in the shade but it kept our room really cool so we didn’t mind ! Last year we visited the last week of June and the pool area was quite no rush getting up early for sunbeds , this year we came second week of July and it was the same the only negative I have is the sunbeds could do with an upgrade (so uncomfortable) and there’s only maybe 5/6 umbrellas for the whole pool ! There’s a big supermarket around the cornor of apartments and one across the road but right beside apartments is a little shop with everything you need and the most friendliest guy working there ! Had breakfast & lunch in the lazy wave underneath the apartments it was fine but there’s lots of great places real close by to eat ! Will definitely return to the Cye

Fabulous reception staff . We arrived early due to our flights but were able to check in and have our room at 2.30 pm. Rooms are well equipped and very clean with large balcony.Asked for another pillow no problem! Pool area is lovely and lazy wave attached bar /restaurant is very good. Thank you for a lovely stay

This is a lovely hotel very central clean and comfortable I would stay again. We booked through love holidays and they sent us to Barcelona airport which was 138km away there were 8 of us they only do 7 seater taxis so it cost us 700 euro extra on taxis to and from hotel. You can get a bus but it takes just over 2 hours to get there from Barcelona and the hotel does not organise transport

Lost count in the times coming to the Cye. Again we had another great time. Apartments are spotlessly clean as is everything in the complex. Great location, in the centre of Salou minutes from everything. Really well equipped for self catering, even extra pillows in the cupboard in the lounge. Now to the reception staff, Monzi, Angle and Sandy, again a very warm welcome from them all. They are So pleasant and obliging. We thank them all for making our stay a most enjoyable one. Early departure, handed keys to a very pleasant chap by reception. Look forward to returning next year. Best wishes to you all Barbara & Graham Apt 503.

Great Hotel which is situated close to all the restaurants & bars & supermarkets & the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Receptionists all very nice & helpful. Rooms are clean & the beds are very comfortable. Fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, Hob, Cutlery & plates/glasses all provided. A/C is fabulous. Had a great holiday & will return at some point.

No TV for the first week and when it was repaired there was no English speaking stations I did enjoy Salou and hope to go back there again. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Next time I hope to explore more of the area as I found it a lovely place to relax.

A nice hotel. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms and a decently sized pool with many loungers. The attached bar is lovely with good food and drinks. A few drawbacks though. - only one pillow per bed. Would be nice to have more. - loungers very uncomfortable (just plastic). Please upgrade these! - only six parasols for the whole pool. More would be nice. - someone had a poop in the pool on one day. Took a while for someone to come and clean it. All they did was add more chlorine and scoop the big chunks out. - WiFi signal is shocking. Had to buy an eSIM and use my own data. - 100 Euros went missing from a wallet that was left in the room. Unsure who is responsible.

Fabulous week spent in the Apartments CYE, beautifully situated hotel close to all amenities. Staff very helpful especially front desk staff who made check in very easy. We checked out at 4am and the gentleman on duty was also very pleasant. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable, as a family of 4, all adults, we had adequate room. Our room was on the 6th floor and with a pool view, we were able to enjoy the balcony and watch the world go by. There was never an issue with sunbeds as people seemed to spend a few hours at the pool and then move on leaving beds free for others. We would definitely recommend Apartments CYE and would consider returning in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel, i couldn’t wait to get home! Firstly there is an £80 deposit needed in cash only which isn’t made clear anywhere! On our first morning we went downstairs to wait for the pool doors to be open at 9am (which also isn’t made clear anywhere) and we were ‘greeted’ by the nastiest woman i’ve ever encountered, we got screamed at for wanting to go on the sunbeds, she was accusing us of wanting to leave our towels on the sunbeds and then never return to them which was not the case at all and we were infact down there all day. All of this screaming was also infront of our kids which i also thought was disgusting and unprofessional. Me and my partner actually looked at going to the hotel opposite for the rest of the holiday as we were so disgusted with the way we had been spoken too. A couple days after this we looked over our balcony to find that there was human poo in the pool! and we also over heard people encouraging there kids to urinate in the pool which is vile. The day after this there was a fight in the reception which one of our kids saw and didn’t want to leave the room afterwards due to the fact one of the guests were being super creepy towards children! as you can imagine this was very scary! Our room was only cleaned once and this was the day before we were leaving, i wouldn’t even call it clean. They made our beds and that was it. The sheets weren’t changed and the bedside tables were still dirty, the floor was filthy our feet were black! If you are coming to this hotel i recommend bringing slippers! You are also not allowed any floats in the pool, not even the tiniest ball otherwise once again you will get screamed at! The sunbeds were so broken and actually quite dangerous as they had huge holes in the middle that we would fall through, there wasn’t even any padding to help make these comfier. This hotel is definitely not a family friendly hotel at all and not even a friendly hotel in general, i’m honestly so disappointed in this stay and i’m so glad to be home! do NOT book this hotel!!!

This is our second time staying at these apartments. We have been to Salou many times usually staying in the Cye holiday Centre apartments which are also very good. Would highly recommend them. Cye apartments are close to everything. The staff on the front desk are excellent and very helpful with any questions. The apartments are a good size for 4 people. We had a 1 bed apartment with a pool view for 10 days. They have everything you need for a self catering stay. It was cleaned regularly. The kids had a great time using the pool. I would recommend ear plugs as there can be noise from outside especially early morning when people are coming home from the pubs and clubs this not the fault of the cye apartments just people out enjoying themselves on holidays. Plenty of shops and food places in the area. The beach is a few minutes walk down the road. You can walk to portaventura in 10/15 mins

Had an enjoyable stay here. Apartment was well situated right near all the restaurants etc and within walking distance to PortAventura. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Had 3 English channels for anyone worried there isn’t any at all! Pool area was quite spacious but could do with more parasols! The one negative is that we had a room facing the roundabout and it was soooo noisy.! Both with traffic and late night partygoers (although I appreciate that isn’t the fault of the hotel!!) I did however buy ear plugs and slept better then!! And I did enjoy sitting on the balcony - the rooms facing that way get the late afternoon and evening sun so we had a nice hot area to sunbathe! Overall it’s a good base to stay, I would recommend it.
