鹽湖城市中心城溪萬豪酒店

我們到達酒店有點晚了。前台只有2個女生。他們沒有禮貌，當我在入住前詢問時，他們看起來有點不耐煩。但飯店的位置、環境、早餐都很完美。他們唯一需要改進的可能是對來自亞洲的外國人更有禮貌和耐心。

鹽湖宮就在附近真是太好了。

Excellent location, great room upkeep and fast maintenance response. Opt out of their breakfast buffet..much better options at City Creek Center Perfect location for events at Temple Sqaure. This will be my go to for all trips to SLC

Decent for a downtown urban setting. Nice room. The space looked nice, was well appointed and inviting, and was clean. But some kind of very loud alarm started sounding in the building on a different floor at 10:30 PM. Like a great many other guests, we ended up in the lobby, where we were assured that it was a false alarm. Emergency responders and engineers were involved, but nobody knew when the problem would be resolved. We were on the cusp of checking out and leaving when the alarm finally subsided at 11:20 PM. This marred our stay. Also, we had searched for hotels with breakfast included, only to discover in the morning that breakfast was not included with the room we had reserved. This was disappointing, but the alarm problem left us unsettled about the safety of the facility and the quality of engineering.

Customer service was rude over the phone. Short answers, long wait, cut off conversations, and no care in their attitude. The room didnt hold up for an expensive experience. Dry towels, tv signal was very poor, janky remote that had to press a certain way. The most disappointing was the thermostats wasnt working. We couldnt set the temp higher. It would stay only at 65°. Of course we could ask for the service, but with their attitude we didn't bother. The parking card instructions were confusing. And $29 a night? Ridiculous. And no contiental breakfast for bad serivce is just a let down. I guess its not always the big name brand places arent were it's at.

Great location downtown near shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Across the street from the old Salt Palace and near the LDS temple. The hotel was also very clean and nice. Our only complaint was with the staff operating the front desk who were too busy talking to each other to notice their customers. This isn’t something I would mention but it happened 3 times in 2 days. Very disappointing for this hotel brand.
