大都會旅館的評價

Frustrating. Somehow this hotel pulled up under the filters of free breakfast and pool. It has neither. Our first room had only half the security lock on the door and the phone was dead. We moved rooms. Peeling wallpaper, loose screws on security lock, black marks on walls, only one of two lamps worked, slow draining sink, missing grout in shower, possible mold in the shower, handle in the shower was missing screws and loose… The beds were clean, the fridge, microwave, and AC worked. At 9am jackhammering began in the room below us. I asked to speak to the manager, it was impossible. I was given an email but no response ever came.

I read many reviews, so I worried about every thing before staying this hotel. But it's the best choice to me. This hotel is unexpensive and lots of parking lots on free, close to downtown by walk. To me, man alone is very comfortable. I will stay again.

Nice staff. Clean room. Good location.

The service is just fine, and I think the location and the room is very good as a hotel within 60 USD cost, especially in a touristy city. Nothing to complaint about

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es riecht überall nach Reinigungsmittel und teilweise Schimmel. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen einfach. Meine Bitte, daß ich nach dem Checkout mein Gepäck für rund 3 h aufbewahren lassen kann wurde in sehr unhöflicher Weise abgelehnt.

請大家避雷這家黑店。以及我會複述我昨天遭遇的噩夢一樣的經歷。 我是本月10日入住的，原計劃17日退房。入住當天就遇到奇葩事，這家店請的前台全都是口音清奇的老墨，連我這個學了一輩子中式英語的人都聽不下去。咱就説能不能完成最起碼的業務培訓在上崗呢？當天我計劃中午12點就入住的，前台卻和我説，按照規定是下午三點才能進入，不然收取35美刀的【提前入住費】那好唄，我不交這個錢了行吧，就在他們隔壁的希爾頓逸林大堂熬了幾個小時。這事我也就沒當回事，畢竟真有規定咱們遵守也不是事。 接下來就是入住了，他們酒店的洗澡浴缸非常小，噴頭也沒法調整角度。這就導致瞭如果不拉上外面薄薄的一層擋簾，洗澡水會蹦的地上都是。接下來前台給我打電話，説是樓下投訴漏水。我也是醉了，你這麼個motel僱了那麼多南美非法移民省得錢還不夠請個師傅好好做一下防水？到這個時候我已經很不爽了。 可沒想到重頭戲發生在昨天，也就是臨退房前一天。我在浴室裏洗了我的t恤和襪子就擰乾涼在靠窗户的晾衣架上。可我早上出門後下午一點回酒店，怎麼刷卡也刷不開。前台説是他們老闆發話把我的門鎖了，説是違反規定私自洗衣服。而不是用他們的付費洗衣房？？？excuse me?我沒聽錯吧？還要説要罰款200美刀。還説正因為有很多我這樣的人晾衣服，導致他們通風管到生銹。我都被氣笑了，有多大的臉才能説出這種屁話，看溝通無果後我就報了警911【圖1】。 報警後沒等到警察到來，我就走向東側市政廳的警局説明情況。也是人生第一次坐了警車【圖2】 警察表示這個屬於民事糾紛，按理説警察是不適合出面的。但是她幫我協商，就是以我提前一晚退房，損失400人民幣的代價。換來這個酒店不再收取莫須有200刀的“罰款”。雖然我很不情願，但是我也很感謝這個警察姐姐幫我溝通，就同意了這個方案。 還好我事後聯繫上了要入住的下一個民宿房東，並於晚上入住。避免了露宿街頭的命運。 好了，以上就是我這些天發生在這家黑店的一切經歷。我不希望所有看到本文的住客再次被坑。鹽湖城是個美麗的城市，但是絕對不包括這裏。

Front desk wouldn't allow us to check in less than 30 mins early. That's was only slightly inconvenient. Clearly a family run business. It seemed like the front desk person want exactly sure how the booking system works. Had to cover back after check in to figure out payment. Also inconvenient. The mattress was nice, but there was only a top sheet with no comforter. The room was basic but clean enough. The bathroom was the area. Weak toilet, disgusting shower stall, and no hot water. Maybe 90-95° at must. Check out was efficient. Will not stay again.

這家酒店的最大特色就是地理位置好，在市中心，周圍吃喝加油購物都很方便。

雖然酒店有年代了，但性價比值得！地理位置靠近中心城區，停車免費

設施算齊備，有電視，有空調（運行聲音比較大但這個季節可以不開），有微波爐，有咖啡機（雖然在衞生間），對於這個價格不能要求更高。 特別的覺得床的硬度特別適合我，睡起來很舒服。 前台小哥服務也很好，耐心。 位置離downtown很近，去哪都方便。有自己的院子，停車方便，感覺還算安全吧。

房間還可以，住了一晚還算可以接受。酒店外的鮮花開得非常艷麗，前台沒有預收按金算是好評吧。關鍵是價格便宜。

Salt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.
