Nice hot breakfast

Front desk staff that checked me in was rude. Informed me they can not accept cash for the room even though I was more than willing to leave a credit card for any incidentals. She basically ignored me after I told her that should be listed on their website. The hotel and rooms were in good repair and for the most part clean. I did find a bowl of guacamole in the fridge. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they appeared to be nice and working

We LOVED this hotel. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was hot with lots of choices. Did I mention the shower made us feel like we went to the spa. Amazing hotel will stay here again.

We stayed here overnight. The entire floor we stayed on was covered in dirty towels and trash throughout the entire hallway. At the elevators where the garbage cans were, the entire floor was covered in peoples dirty trash. I would never stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I planned a trip and decided on this hotel. This was for 1 night. When we got there the receptionist was very friendly and nice. We got to the room and our tv was working fine up until later in the night it just stopped working our sink in the bathroom was broken and it wasnt draining properly. When we checked out we informed Lucy or Lucielle the receptionist( not sure of her name) she didnt seemed to care or even offer any type of discount or apologetic. I just wouldnt stay here again.

Decided to spend New Years Eve there with my kids and it was conveniently located among many places to eat as well as a target and even a movie theater, the girl that helped us check in was very welcoming and friendly, and thought it was a nice, personal touch seeing our name on the t.v. welcoming us to the room, will definitely be returning

Great experience, staff was friendly. Only thing was that I got charged twice for the room, once through ********** and then again through the credit card that I provided for incidentals. Although they said they will refund me, that didn’t happen yet.

Very pleased with the service and room. Hot tub water was yellow, and the ice machine was out.
