This resort is nothing like the pictures on the website or any other platform used to promote this resort It is falling apart, outdated and some areas are dangerous

This was our 4th year going to Mineral Springs Resort for our summer vacation. We found paradise when we found this place! Melissa is a gem! She almost (she does have a great part-time helper) singlehandedly cleans and prepares units, greets vacationers, and takes care of the overall property as well--all while being accessible for any needs or questions. The view is priceless and the surrounding beauty (St. Mary Lake, etc.) complete the package. We come here in the summer and then again each winter. It is our peaceful, beautiful retreat and we are grateful to have found it. Thanks, Melissa, for another special stay at Mineral Springs Resort!

Our stay was awesome! Thank you Melissa!!! Melissa has the best customer service skills. She also did her best to accommodate our request. The cabin was super clean and it had everything we needed. We will definitely come back🌺

Very nice spot for couples looking for a cute restorative getaway! The kitchenette was well equipped for cooking, the bath was amazing, and there were stunning views! The beach access was blocked off due to the steps being in need of repair, would have liked to have known that beforehand as we are huge beachcombers, so we did have to walk further than we would have liked to get down to the shore, but we went in the off season, so maybe this will get fixed by summer 🤷‍♀️

My wife and I spent couple of mid week nights in one of the cabins and we loved it! The bedding was super clean, kitchen well equipped, grounds in great shape. There was a major wind/ rain storm the first night - we lost power and Melissa immediately brought battery powered light and huge bundle of dry firewood!! = thank you! Very romantic and relaxing ocean views and the wood stove is perfect! Double jetted tub is also a great bonus! Being rejuvinated without TV and a computer felt SO good. Still feel relaxed after a week of "normal" life. We'll be definitely back as soon as possible

Very nice and quiet place. Stove, bath tab and view. Nature around is for healing. Good to stay in any season. Clean in chalet and around. Mineral water is real. Just in front of ocean. I can recommend it to my friends.

First visit and already planning our next! Clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous views of Wallace Island and Galiano. We watched eagles soar by and enjoyed watching the boats and occasional freighter pass by in Trincomali Channel. Saw quail and sparrows on the property along with rabbits that kept our "pup" entertained. Lots of trails behind the resort to explore and wildlife to view. Saw my first barn owl up close! Melissa and Steve are kind caretakers who really go out of their way for guests! Melissa, when she saw we were travelling with our puppy, brought us an extra floor fan to keep the cabin cool! So kind and thoughtful. We will be back very soon !
