「O hotel e o quarto estava relativamente limpo... Os elevadores com problemas ou em manutenção. Tive que usar as escadas depois de esperar um tempão, e a saída de emergência dá para a cozinha do restaurante, a gente fica perdido sem saber achar a saída. Para subir de escadas é ainda pior, não é fácil encontrar a entrada. Imagina se eu estivesse em um andar mais alto...」

訪訪客O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa excelente café da manhã área de lazer muito boas porém os apartamentos estão muito precário tomada com risco de acidente, toalhas horríveis muito desgastadas a central de refrigeração péssima não refrigera a TV não corresponde o tamanho do quarto muito pequena imagem péssima.

AAndréHotel bem localizado, café da manhã com boas opções, chuveiro com pouca pressão e demorava muito para esquentar a água, cheiro de mofo nos quartos (precisa de reforma e pintura), serviço atencioso, enfim, é uma boa opção de hospedagem, mas pode melhorar

訪訪客Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open
