薩爾茨堡應有盡有酒店(AllYouNeed Hotel Salzburg)

absolute Traumlage am Fuß des Kapuzinerberges nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Dachterrasse, große spartanisch eingerichtete Zimmer, kleiner Rezeptionsbereich - perfekt für einen Städtetag.

Positivo il rapporto qualità-prezzo per una città non certo a buon mercato, soprattutto durante il festival. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro e i teatri del festival. Stanza ampia e luminosa, pulita. Colazione varia e abbondante. Purtroppo: mancano l'aria condizionata (per fortuna c'era almeno un ventilatore) e, soprattutto, il frigobar; distributore di bevande fresche nell'atrio non riempito regolarmente. Personale...un po' sprovveduto

The name perfectly captures the philosophy of the hotel:) There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and nothing superfluous. Very good value for money and a good quality room accompanied by a varied breakfast on a terrace, which on a sunny day (as we had) offers a superb view over the city.

Not the easiest hotel to find as it is located on a side street which google maps didn’t appear to have updated. Added to that it didn’t have a large or even noticeable sign saying…Hotel. I learned that it only operates as a hotel from the start of July to the end of September as it operates as student accommodation for the rest of the year. All that said, it took me a casual 15 minute walk from the train station, with wheeled hand luggage, to get to the right location but a little longer to then find the hotel as google maps drove me crazy. Check in was friendly & casual but very informative & I heard 2 other guests that were behind me & waiting to check in, muttering that it was information overload. I guess you can’t please everyone. My room was ok size wise with a laminate wood floor, 2 single beds pushed together, work desk & chair, small tv, luggage rack, wardrobe, full length mirror, shelf unit, electric fan, smoke alarm & plenty of electrical sockets. A large window let in plenty of natural light & there was no noise from inside or outside of the hotel. There was no iron in the room but it was possible to get one plus an ironing board from reception. Wi Fi was quick to connect to with the password & it was consistent with ok speeds. A key was needed to access the room, not a key card & that key was also needed to enter the hotel after 23:00. The bathroom was small with fully tiled walls & a tiled floor, small shower cubicle, shower head & hose on a rail with good pressure & an abundance of hot water, hairdryer, mirror, 2 small bars of soap, 2 sachets of shampoo, towels, electrical socket & wall vent. Breakfast, served from 07:00 – 10:00 with no need to book a time & eaten on the rooftop terrace, was excellent. Buffet style with cereals, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cheeses, cold meats, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit slices, fresh whole apples & kiwis, cucumber & tomato slices, teas, coffees, orange juice, multivitamin drink & water. Some added info…… .There are 2 lifts, a free left luggage facility, a vending machine in the foyer with snacks, chocolate bars, water, beer & soft drinks. My stay was in July & I’m only getting around to writing this review now In September & I’ve scribbled coffee machine in my notes. I can’t remember why I had written that but I think that I saw a coffee vending machine in the foyer. If you look out of the windows of the corridors outside the rooms at the back of the hotel, you won’t be hallucinating if you see fully kitted out rock climbers, using the fixed ropes, to go up the sheer rock face. Fascinating to see & I spent quite a bit of time watching them. The hotel is in a great location with many shops, restaurants, cafes & bars in the immediate vicinity. I walked straight to the old town in a little under 10 minutes. Mirabell Gardens were a 10 minute walk & Mulln Brewery & beer garden (only cash accepted) took me approx. 20 minutes walk to get to. Great stay at this nice hotel. I would return here and recommend it to everybody. Good breakfast in a wonderful breakfast room and/or a nice outside terrace with a nice view over the city. The location is very central and close to all major places of interest in the city plus close to the excellent public transportation.

There were to good things to mention: the communication was great with hotel staff and the location of the hotel is awesome. That's about it. Breakfast was good, not great. The room was extremely basic. The headboard area behind the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the room wasn't great either. It was also rather noisy. I was expecting something else for this price.

Die Zimmerausstattung erinnert ein wenig an ein möbliertes Studentenzimmer, ABER es was alles drin was man braucht (allyouneed). Für mich wäre es noch angenehmer gewesen hätte ich eine Wand hinter meinem Bett gehabt an die ich mich anlehnen könnte (keinen Schrank). Frühstück TOP, Zimmerservice TOP!

Einfaches, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Etwas spartanische Einrichtung mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück bietet für jede/n etwas. Beim Personal gibt es da und dort noch etwas Luft nach oben

Die Lage und das Hotel erfüllten alle meine Erwartungen. Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistung-Verhältnis. Werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Leider ist das Hotel nicht immer geöffnet. Für einen Kurzurlaub super geeignet.
