Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere qualche giorno tra Salisburgo e Vienna in occasione delle festività del 1° Novembre 2022 e la nostra scelta purtroppo, per le due notti trascorse Salusburgo è caduta su questo "hotel". Le camere assegnateci, eravamo tre coppie di amici con rispettivi figli, non sono neanche lontanamente paragonabili a quelle delle foto pubblicate sul sito. Penso che sia in assoluto il peggior hotel nel quale abbia avuto occasione di soggiornare. Mobili fatiscenti, odore di muffa, locali sporchi, bagno che cadeva a pezzi non sono che alcune delle cose che dovrebbero escludere questa struttura dalla categoria tre stelle in cui si trova. Se a questo aggiungiamo il bassissimo profilo professionale dei gestori otre alla presenza di parenti o amici alla reception tranquillamente spaparanzati in poltrona con i presidi sui tavoli, abbiamo trovato classica ciliegina sulla torta

For the price, I thought this was a good deal. The location was a little out but not too bothered about the walk. The staff were good and check in was easy. There weren’t any curtains up when we arrived but we managed to put them up no problem, there was also an issue with the shower plug blocking up although my partner sorted it with a plunger - the hotel were happy to sort although my partner wanted to. Bed was the comfiest I gave stayed in with a cheap hotel and sheets were very soft. Very spacious room with a big fan to keep us cool, overall, a very good stay

I have seldom felt so cheated. Old, dirty, not ready, a different room than booked. No chair to sit on, not inside, not outside. The restaurant no longer exists. No apologies no money back. we left too dirty to sleep there.

Also ich kenne das Haus noch aus den Zeiten von Elsa Karl und auch unter der Regie von Reinhard Schwabenitzky und da war immer alles perfekt und sauber. Nettes und freundliches Personal, gute Küche - das dürfte sich wohl alles nach dem Tod von Reinhard Schwabenitzky abgespielt haben und wahrscheinlich mit den neuen Eigentümern - wenn das alles stimmt, was man hier schreibt, ist es sehr schade um den alten Itzlinger Hof

Je confirme, hôtel en décrépitude. Chambre sale et nauséabonde. Je déconseille. De plus le restaurant est fermé. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la boulangerie en face. Cela relève le niveau car ils sont très sympas.

Der Check in war alles andere als Erwartet. Unfreundlich und es wurde sofrt abkassiert - vom Frühstück wurde uns gleich abgeraten, wie sich herausstellte, bietet das Hotel gar kein Frühstück an sondern redet es jedem aus. Das Zimmer sehr Dreckig! auf dem Balkon Müll unser Blick direkt in den ehemaligen Gastgarten, dort war alles vergammelt. Am zweiten Tag wurde weder das Bett gemacht, noch die Mülleimer geleert. Prakplätze sind zu wenig vorhanden. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, ich soll in der Markierung auf der Strasse parken - hat mich prompt 25€ an Strafe gekostet. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir beim durchschauen noch die Socken von einem anderen Gast gefunden. Der Preis für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (1 und 4) 230 € pro Nacht. Für 70€ sage ich ja klar, um den Preis, was will man, aber bei 460€ für 2 Nächte, das geht mal gar nicht. Vor Ort war leider niemand zu sprechen, da die Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt ist, sonst hätten wir nach einer Nacht das Hotel gewechselt. Ich kann nur warnen vor diesem Hotel
