庫庫約莊園酒店(Hacienda Cocuyo)

Je vais faire une revue que j’aurais aimer lire avant de venir ici.. oui l’endroit est paradisiaque et avec une très belle vue (à condition qu’il fasse beau) malheureusement pour nous il pleuvait quand nous sommes arrivé et la vu se limitait au talu devant notre chambre.. par chance le deuxième jour il faisait beau. Le personnel est aimable ça c’est également correct. En ce qui concerne la chambre (nous étions dans la 4, chambre double) elle était spacieuse et avec des rangements. Mais la literie n’était pas confortable, ça n’est pas très propre (il restait des papiers de chocolats des precedents visiteurs) et il faut avoir de la chance pour se laver à l’eau chaude. Et si vous êtes un “light sleeper” comme nous, tout simplement impossible de dormir à cause des bruits.. (insectes, chiens, coqs, voitures et scooter). De plus, cette chambre ce trouve dans la même cabane qu’une autre chambre et n’espérez aucune intimité car vous allez tout entendre (toilettes et discussions). En ce qui concerne les accès.. pour arriver jusqu’à l’hôtel avec un gps aucun problème.. par contre le parking n’est pas sécurisé comme c’est indiqué et pas assez de places par rapport au nombre de chambre. Sachant qu’il n’est pas possible de venir ici sans voiture il faut une place par chambre.. il est en bordure de route loin de la réception et des chambres.. car oui pour accéder aux chambres il faut grimper (ne venez pas avec des valises ça n’est pas pratique même si le personnel vous aidera évidemment) Dernier point, le restaurant, trop cher pour la quantité..ça n’était pas mauvais mais prix trop élevé et clairement pas assez à manger. Quant au petit déjeuner si vous êtes un lève tôt ou que vous avez une excursion de bonne heure, vous le louperez, car il commence à 8h00 mais il est copieux et très bon. Conclusion, cet hôtel a une belle situation mais fait très auberge de jeunesse avec des prix beaucoup trop élevés pour la qualité.

Un sitio mágico, que combina montaña y mar. La escalada perfecta en Samaná para disfrutar de un paisaje de ensueño y exclusivo. Un sitio familiar con destino típico dominicano, piscinas con vistas y habitaciones con el encanto de estar en medio de la naturaleza.

Reservación: fue súper fácil con la ayuda de Yormarly Pichardo que fue quien nos asistió, súper atenta y paciente con nuestras preguntas y nos apoyo con una cena romántica. Check-In: fue súper fácil en menos de 10min te entregan la habitación, las chicas Mayelin y Carmen te asisten súper amables siempre y dispuestas a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites de tragos y cenas. Servicio: un servicio 5 estrellas por parte de Jisander siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, muy respetuoso y siempre pendiente de nuestra mesa y las demás también. Comida: super rica felicidades al Chef Argenis por su excelente comida, nos encantó todo desde el desayuno hasta la cena, comida con un sabor único a base de ingredientes naturales, con un sabor inigualable. Habitación: súper linda y amplia con agua caliente, ventilador y una cama súper cómoda. Tiene una pequeña sala con ventilador también la habítacion que tomamos tenía balcón privado con una vista increíble. Instalaciones: Lo que más sorprende es la vista desde cualquier ángulo que estés en el hotel, son hermosas también cuenta con dos Biopisinas naturales con pecesitos y cada una tiene una vista impresionante. Tiene dos miradores que están disponibles para cenas románticas y para tomar tu desayuno ahí. The best views of the Samaná peninsula, if rest and relaxation is what you’re looking for this is it.. I’ve traveled a bit and seriously the bed has been the most comfortable I’ve experienced, my room was spotless and I noticed the cleaning people cleaning the room next to mine and they do an excellent job. Great romantic spot plenty to do around the area.. great instagram pictures.

One of the best view I had in my life. I have spent there week of my holidays enjoying the pool, food, room - just having chill in a luxury place. Very comfy room and clean pool. Supernice and friendly staff who is always there for you. Good local recommendations. Basically the whole are around is just magnificent and I would love to return as sooon as possible!!

The views from this place were amazing. what was lacking in comfort and updates was overshadowed by the beautiful scenery. the staff was super friendly and helpful. not kid safe.

The views of this place are amazing, that I can tell. Even tho the rooms are comfortable, they have no ac; just a fan. The power cut off completely a couple times during the night which would make the room very very hot. Food was good. Staff was amicable but when it came to problem solving they really need the improvement: upon arrival I made a reservation for breakfast at one of the deck views, there was another couple sitting there by the time me and my husband came up. I asked for breakfast and I had to wait for 1h to be seated at the deck view I made reservations on (the couple that was there did not make any reservations, they just saw the place and sat there, refused to move) the staff did not do anything, did not give me any resolution nor options. What was the point of making a reservation if it’s going to be ignored ? The staff response was ‘oh well’ I wouldn’t come here again- I’m not coming here again. It’s not worth spending the money for this kind of disrespect.
