Nous venons de séjourner dans cet hôtel Globalement l’hôtel est correct mais nous avons été très déçu par le service restauration. Le petit déjeuner est pitoyable tant sur la quantité que la qualité Le menu affiché est loin de correspondre à ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette et l’on ressort avec la faim Le dernier matin le pain était moisi !!! Nous avons informé le directeur qui ne s’est pas excusé Nous avons fini par acheter des pains au lait dans un supermarché… Restaurant à éviter. La piscine est belle mais il manque des transats vu le nombre de clients. C’est vraiment dommage car il faudrait peu de choses pour que ce soit bien. Nous n’étions pas les seuls insatisfaits.

El desayuno es bueno, buen sabor, si falta variedad para niños (cereal por ejm) o incluir tostadas francesas como desayuno incluido. Otro aspecto por mejorar es que deberían servir el jugo de naranja natural, porque es un lugar donde la calidad (no cantidad) es lo primordial. Por lo demás creo que volvería por unos 3 días.

Un hotel muy bonito, instalaciones muy limpias. El cuarto cómodo y espacioso. El trato del personal es excelente. La comida es de buena calidad y bien preparada, y un buen desayuno. Cuenta con parqueo interno y queda muy cerca de playa Carrillo, una playa muy linda y muy agradable para disfrutar.

El servicio fue excelente, pueden ir a disfrutar de un lindo hotel con mucho verde a tan solo 5 min caminando a la playa. Todo el personal demasiado atento y pendiente de que nuestra estadía fuera muy satisfactoria, el desayuno súper deli y preparan el pan en el mismo restaurante.

Les recomiendo ir, la atención fue extraordinaria, el desayuno tradicional con muy buen sabor. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el lugar muy ameno. Rodeado de naturaleza, a pocos metros de la playa carrillo caminando.

El servicio del personal es excelente. Las instalaciones tienen poco mantenimiento y un deterioro notable. No volvería.

Todo excelente

Lovely hotel with great pool and grounds. It is out of town so you need a vehicle. The restaurant was ok but is mainly Italian and in my view tries too hard but ends up being limited and the challenge is you have to drive to go anywhere else. Choices for children (Italian but no pizza?) and vegetarians are very limited. Also our room toilets doors were small swing doors like a bar from an American western film which didn’t give any privacy at all which seemed a strange design feature! The lady managing the hotel is amazing, so helpful and has great English

Extremely comfortable mattress. Large room. Nice shower with good water pressure. Nice balcony. Restaurant is a bit expensive, but the food is good. The included breakfast is not good. There should be more options. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is ok. Proximity to Playa Carrillo and Playa Sámara is great. You need to have a car to find some other restaurants, because there’s nothing around. The hotel is very close to the road. You can hear the motorcycles constantly. There were A LOT of children at the hotel. A. LOT. With all the noise and mess children bring in a Boutique Hotel….running in the corridors at 6:30 am, screaming in the pool, etc.

Nice property with friendly staff and excellent pool. We were not affected on the north side of the first floor but could see how some rooms on the 2nd floor on the south side could be bothered by road noise.

We had a very large and comfortable two storey room; The pool was very relaxing; The staff, especially the manager Luis, were very helpful and friendly; A delicious breakfast; It's a 5 minute drive to downtown Samara; and a very short walk to Carillo beach and another beach whose name I can't recall. Close to everything.

The property is clean and very quiet. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Luis, was a pleasure to talk with. Good breakfast, pool was a good option when we got tired of the ocean.
