Close to River Walk and town. Breakfast not so great. Never cleaned our room. Always asking for towels.

We really liked the location as it was walking distance to River Walk. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We were informed that they have a limited supply of towels so we would just exchange used ones for clean ones. Room cleanliness was not the best. Both rooms we got (across from each other) had streaks of dirt built up on toilet bowls and showers as well hairs on the tubs/showers. I understand it could be mineral buildup found in water, but we scrubbed it down ourselves and it came off; so it was due to lack of cleaning. We didn't notify ayone because we figured we would do a better job cleaning it ousrselves than having hosuekeeping go do it. But I did let management know in an email they sent after we checked out.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but I bet there are other places better kept than this one. The toilets are old and barely work. The elevator was broken during our 5-day stay and the staff didn’t mention they charge 20$ a night for parking! And the breakfast is horrible! Same bland eggs and nasty sausage patties every single day. Stay away from this place!

Overall comfortable and actually a quiet hotel. We were there for a family trip and utilized the lobby area at night to get together and play cards. Only thing I would have to say is that the breakfast never changed! On our final day we watched a staff member come and sit and eat in the dining area and had a plate of bacon... we didn't get bacon they served us the same sausage patties every morning! That put us off a little bit! But overall the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

In a nice area. Very clean. Great customer service. The front desk staff were amazingly welcoming and polite. Only issue was we were put in a handicap room but we were not hadicapp. Could of been a mistake in booking that type of room on my end and the shade wouldn't go up. Something very minor but it didn't allow us to let in the day light. We weren't in the room most of the time so that is why it didn't bother us so much.

You pay $22/day per vehicle for parking & the parking lots are not secure at all. Our group had 4 cars vandalized & broken into. Front desk clerk acted like it was no big deal & a regular occurrence, offered little to no help or sympathy. I would not book this hotel again, as it is obviously not in a safe or secure area at all.

I'm only taking one star off because I requested more towels and trash to be taken out (family of 6) so it got full of trash pretty fast, but they never came. Other than that everything else was great, friendly staff, room was clean when we got there, they have the essentials in the room, the location is great and good quick/continental breakfast.
