객실이 매우 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있어 첫인상부터 좋았습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 응대가 신속해 전반적인 서비스 만족도가 높았습니다. 위치도 편리해 이동이 수월했고, 조식은 종류가 다양하고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 다음 방문 시에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

This hotel is by far the most beautiful hotel I’ve been. The staff was friendly, caring and so efficient!

We were wowed instantly when we walked in this historic hotel! The comfortable and clean rooms were so luxurious! Zero entry pool looked right out of a movie! Loved the unique bar and cafe. Exceptional service and experience all the way around!

The service was excellent, beautiful property. Only downside was the smell - reminded me of very old European properties with a vague sewer smell in the room like the drains do not have proper traps. Common areas smelled fine. Valet was overpriced, the bar was excellent!

Excellent hotel. Staff is amazing- friendly, and professional. Rooms are beautiful and very convenient. Also it’s located very well centrally, walked around as many beautiful places to be seen within walking distance of the hotel. Riverwalk is just a few blocks away, there is a beautiful church across the street veterans memorial is amazing right next to the hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was beautiful and tasty.

I love staying here during the holidays, the staff and management is always accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, the valet service is a “third party” contracted company so be wary of personal property left unattended in your vehicles. There is a standard policy of the valet service not being liable for lost , stolen or damaged vehicles and items . Other than one negative incident I experienced the valet and hotel is absolutely wonderful . Staying at this historic luxury hotel felt like stepping into a bygone era of grace and refinement. The architecture and classic decor are absolutely stunning — every hallway and room tells a story, rich with character and charm. Despite its age, the hotel is impeccably maintained. My room was spacious, with high ceilings, vintage furnishings, and a beautiful blend of old-world luxury and modern comfort. The bed was plush, the linens crisp, and the bathroom felt like a private spa. I especially appreciated the little touches like the evening turn down services.The onsite dining was exceptional, with classic dishes prepared to perfection and an atmosphere that captured the elegance of decades past. This hotel is more than a place to sleep — it’s an experience, a retreat, and a tribute to the city.
