孔泰薩河邊步道豪華套房酒店(Hotel Contessa - Suites on the Riverwalk)

Me fue muy mal. Hasta estado ahí hace algunos años y era un magnífico hotel. En esta visita no había ni jabón para lav**** la manos. El personal de recepción no soluciona nada, no contestan ni el teléfono. Un calvario para obtener toallas limpias el día que no limpiaron el cuarto. No les interesa, en lo absoluto, el servicio a cliente. No volveremos.

La propiedad es muy agradable , he ido varias veces y esta me decepcionó La piscina tenía el agua muy fría no la pudimos usar

Terrible servicio, dos dias no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto. Contenedores de jabon y shampoo vacíos

This hotel was AWESOME! When we arrived, there was a Mariachi Band playing in the bar area. The room was huge! It was also newly remodeled and modern. We did room service a few times and the food was good and the service was excellent! We were there in early January and were able to enjoy the rooftop pool and lounge area. It has also been updated recently! Right on the riverwalk!

I entered the room and everything seemed normal, then when I decided to enter the room I noticed that there was a lot of dust and many uncleaned places. I called the front desk to see what solution they could give me and their response was that they were going to send someone to check the room, it took the person an hour to go up to the room, he was there for 5 minutes and said he would go to the front desk and then he told me They would call, I did not receive a return call and when I called to see what the next step was, the front desk person told me that he did not know what was happening, then he told me “what do you want me to do?”

The rooms are great except for the live music at night. You can’t get away from it. Don’t expect to be able to think until after 9:00 pm.

This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here several times. But, the service this time was lacking. I stayed 4 days and never had my room serviced. When I called for extra towels, it took 2 hours and they only brought hand towels. I had to find a housekeeper in the hallway to get more towels. Disappointing as this is usually one of my favorite hotels to stay.
