Tengo una muy mala experiencia en este hotel ya que tenía mi reservacion y al momento del check in me dice el encargado del lugar que tenían un problema de tubería de agua y que no me podía ofrecer ninguna habitación y que le hiciera como pudiera porque el no me iba a dar ninguna solución...desafortunadamente iba con mi esposa y mis niños y fue una terrible experiencia ya que llegué de viaje a alta hora de la noche y tuve que buscar hotel de un lado a otro, lo peor del caso es que no me hicieron ninguna devolución de mi dinero...no recomiendo para nada el servicio de este hotel, tengan cuidado.

For the cost, this place was a good stay in SanAntonio. I was in an accessible room and found it to work well to my needs & I’d stay again for the $ Pros: very clean. well appointed kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, & 2-pan cooktop plus dishware, flatware, pans, etc. Room was large - bed comfortable usb charging ports on each side of bed & on the desk lamp. elevators are fast! Cons: Can hear the people in the next room even though they were talking at normal levels. I assume they heard us chatting as well. I know this common issue at many hotels, but heads up. breakfast was just meh with inconsistent food temps & quality between the two mornings. Both days offered scrambled eggs and sausage patties as the hot items (my least favorite at hotels). The oa**eal was creamy and amazing on the day I ate later (9:30am), but almost raw and watery when I showed up earlier a day later (8:00am). I would suggest and have been delighted to see them serve bacon, biscuits n sausage gravy, and waffles or pancakes for breakfast. There wasn’t a luggage rack in the closet to set my suitcase on. Perhaps just missing in my room? Most have them. And my biggest recommendation to this hotel is to provide a dinette or place for people to sit and eat together in the rooms. Since one can cook in the room but there’s no place to sit and eat except at the desk tucked in a corner with just one office chair.

No hot water and the beds where horrible the pull out had bad stains on the mattress Housekeeping never showed up in the 5 days I was there even after requesting a refresh the toilet was coming off it’s mounting and I had to keep asking for towels I guess the limit is 3 towels for 5 guests

Room was clean, staff was nice, but the shower/bathroom situation was terrible. We stayed for 3 nights. The first night and next morning we took showers and none of us had hot water.....it wasn't freezing but it was was only occasionally almost warm. And the water pressure was non-existent...it was a dribble at best no matter which setting it was on. The next morning we got up to shower and there was NO hot water at all...it was straight freezing. They did move us rooms and were very kind about it. But the new room...the remote batteries were dead, all but one of the bathroom lightbulbs was burnt out so it was very dark. The water pressure was slightly better but not much but it was hot and the tub drained (water built up in the tub in the previous room.) The staff was really nice. The breakfast was pretty good. So not the worst place I've stayed - I just really like a nice hard hot shower and you will not get that here.

My allergies were terrible in this room Because it smelled like straight baby powder. There blood stains in the shower. Our air conditioner never got cold. I did like how I felt safe. Friendly staff.

Rude man in front desk breakfast is not very good stayed at other townplaces suites and they had way better options . They dont have anything extra like pillows towels wont be staying there again

Aparentemente tienes que anticiparles antes de tu llegada ( 7 dias ) que requerirás limpieza del cuarto.

Se ve descuidado, no había papel de baño y el refri sonaba muchísimo.
