Hotel viejo y descuidado, anteriormente me había hospedado en hoteles de la misma cadena y me había ido muy muy bien. En esta ocasión , la habitación tenia muy mal olor y muebles en mal estado. Muchos perros en el establecimiento ladrando.

Creo que le falta mantenimiento y un poco de limpieza al hotel. Los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo no funcionan y así varios detalles. El hotel es bueno pero le falta atención al mantenimiento

Everything was very clean all the staff was very friendly, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing was there was 3 towels in the room when we got there when we were a family of 5 but we just asked for more towels and they were provided. We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was great. The property overall is very comfortable & well taken care of. The property has secured parking for your vehicle which is amazing and not seen at many properties. The beds are very uncomfortable. That’s probably the only complaint I had. We had 3 suites for a family event in town. The overall comfort was good.

Staff was really responsive. Building is showing a bit of wear. Furniture in living room of suite was very worn but everything worked and was comfortable enough.

The trash bin on the floor made the entire floor smell unpleasant. The rooms are halfway clean. There was dust on the furniture and the fridge had spills that weren’t cleaned up. Breakfast was mediocre.

Ac went out. Phone wasnt connected. No linens were left. Staff was very dry. Volume didn’t work on tv in living room. Not clean. We found some ones sock from before…. Not a good stay. Also the hot tub smelled so bad and was dirty!

This is my fourth time staying at Staybridge, and probably the last. The room had it's bathroom sink clogged and cannot be used until the morning of our first night. The bathroom wasn't obviously cleaned before we checked in, it took them 24 hours to send someone to clean the bathtub so we can use it. The front desk is not able to help and the property is understaffed
