In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Great , convenient location.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. The weekend breakfast chef was gracious and the eggs were scrambled perfectly. However, the weekday breakfast cook (who wore his shoulder length hair down the entire first week of my stay) micromanaged my movements, curtly correcting me if I didn't adhere to his protocol while I filled my plate and even accused me of using the yogurt machine incorrectly, which I did not. This continued throughout my stay, and the environment became increasingly more hostile until this morning when he told me to use tongs to grab my own piece of bread to toast it. He also shouted at me to "have manners" as he stalked away into the lobby area. I have now canceled the four day extension of my stay at this beautiful property. What a shame.

El ubicación del Hotel es buena, la habitación muy amplia, lo malo es que NO tenian personal suficiente para realizar la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, el desayuno siempre lo mismo y muy limitado, para el 3er día ya no se antojaba, otro punto importante es que nadie del personal de recpeción hablaba español y siendo un hotel donde llega mucha gente latina creo que es indispensable, te cobran $50 dls de deposito que supuestamente lo deben regresar en unos 7 días hábiles, espero me regresen los míos, esto tambien creo que es excesivo, sería mejor que la momento del check out revisen y si tienen algo que cobrar sea en ese momento con el acuerdo de ambas partes

Room. We had to leave. We arrived to the room and overall it looked cleaned. We spend a bit of time at the end of the bed. As we moved toward the top of the bed we became thirsty and I went to get the bottles of water we had brought with us. When I went to lay on the bed I noticed a stain almost under the pillows. It was a red stain. It looked like blood (I took picture). I know we had not reached that high part of the bed but just in case I continued to look at the stain and realized it was dry. I touched it and it was dry. So the stain was there from who knows who. If it was washed it should not have been put back- if it wasn’t washed that’s disgusting. We called to tell the lobby gentleman and he just very relaxed said he can have someone asked for someone to remove change sheet. At that point it was already a hygiene issue.

Atención muy bien en el desk solo un día no fueron a hacer la limpieza desayuno continental como cualquier hotel sugerencia ampliar hora de poder estar en las mesas exteriores en el área de la alberca o poner otras mesas exteriores
