Great location & well maintained facility. Because of the Fiesta parade route & its proximity to it we paid a very high rate which is understandable BUT considering the parade activities ended around midnight, we were awakened by the sounds of a dumpster truck picking up trash at 6 am!! Apparently the dumpsters are located just outside our room in a narrow driveway sandwiched between tall buildings which made the noise even greater. We notified the hotel staff about the incident and we’re informed that there was “nothing “ they could do. We stated that the hotel staff could have warned us in advance about the dumpster noise so we could have accepted the condition or asked for another room. Regardless, we paid an EXTRA premium for a 6 am Dumpster wake-up. Totally UNACCEPTABLE.

I arrived to the Hotel at 3:00 P.M. and I was told that the room was not ready. This happens and its OK. What bothered me was they asked for my Mobile number to inform when the was ready, and I was never contacted. around 4:30 PM I stop by from desk and I was informed that the room was ready. When i asked why I was not called, - Lady said we sent message but sometimes they do no go through and no further apology. They need to get a new system and have more friendly people working the front desk

Dirty and expensive. The price I was given on ********** was not the price they charged me, which was way more expensive! There’s no parking near the hotel, if you want your car close you have to pay a $50 valet fee. For the price I do not recommend.

Disappointed in the overall condition and comfort, including lighting. It felt cold and dark and I don’t mean temperature.

Definitely not worth the $250 a night we paid. Save some money and stay somewhere else. This place isn’t that special.

I read some bad reviews on this place but honestly I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Front staff was good. The self parking isn’t far at all. Like literally across the street.

The hotel was beautiful and it is on the river but it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of the river walk. The rooms were clean and well furnished but a little dark.

4 nights= 3 maid cleaning. They used the same sheets all 3 times. Flipped then turned inside out

Nice hotel , but average . Location is not too convenient, but price was good for the Riverwalk .

The staff is really friendly and helpful. We loved the location and easily walked everywhere!!!!
