聖安東尼奧伊克諾旅館- 近海洋世界醫學中心(Econo Lodge San Antonio Near SeaWorld - Medical Center)

This was the worst experience i have ever had. I booked through the site they charged $126. I showed up at the property and they had the reservation but said no payment was made. So, we had to pay $112+$20 deposit for econo Lodge, I have sent the receipt from Econo Lodge showing how much I've already paid to econo Lodge, but Trip.Com won't give me my refund. This has been going on for 3 days. When I call Trip.Com they say my claim is expedited and I will get a call in an hour, which never happens. I will never use Trip.Com again. Customer service sucks, they just give me the run around this is the worst site ever, DO NOT USE THEM! Worst site ever to get a refund and neither TRIP.com OR Econo Lodge will refund the money. I have talked to Trip.Com and I semt the receipt from my refund niy yhru

La aplicación cobra y en el hospedaje vuelven a vobrar

un hotel muy viejo, cuartos muy chicos, la cama si estaba cómoda, el aire me dió mucha alergía (no soy alérgico normalmente). La atención normal, no hablan español nada.

No es recomendable para llevar niños, yo llegue y en la entrada de la recepción había personas con botes de bebidas alcohólicas, me fui y regrese para Acer si ya se habían ido y s guían ahí, para familia no es recomendable

Not a good stay for leisure time. They charge you $20 deposit fee and don’t reimburse you. It is very old, smells like cigarettes, the floor creeks. The room blankets semi clean, had stains. Dead roaches on floor. No extra towels. No complimentary supplies. No coffee maker. The location is very secluded from any lighting or stores. It feels like in the middle of nowhere. If you’re looking for a creepy stay and a cheap night and don’t mind all above. Then by all means it’s good pricing for the low. Goodluck,

You get what you pay for! Good thing was I just stayed one night. We could hear everything… I mean everything from the room next to you. And the guy at the front desk was so rude and had an attitude. This place doesn’t even deserve a ⭐️ star

People are very noisy at night till morning room was not moped sheets needed washing

I rented a room here and after about an hour I was sitting on the bed and I guess he was a manager just walked into the room stood there telling me on how he was just looking to see if the room was empty and continued to apologize but still stand there staring at me. I felt really unsafe and uncomfortable. Do they not have a system or something that says a room is occupied?
