聖安東尼奧大學套房酒店(University Inn & Suites)

Check in process was a little strange, the guy who checked us in made me feel like he was doing us a favor. That said, the rooms was clean and had fresh sheets. Its in need of a little TLC but it did the job for a cheap place for one night.

Our stay was good because it had many beds and everyone got to have there bed and space..the cleanness was great too, the water was just right but the drains wasn’t that good.

We stayed in room 127. The AC made a terrible noise all night, but we couldnt shut off because it was hot and stuffy in the room otherwise. The bathroom was nasty. Mold all over the shower walls, along with dirty in every nook and cranny. Beds we ok. They werent terrible, but Ive slept in better. Could hear quiet a bit of highway noise. Overall it is way over priced for the condition the property is in. We got checked in late, which was ok, but we all had heck sleeping.. I personally will not stay here again. We were paranoid all night long. Only reason we did stay, was because we needed a last minute room, and with a Cheer competition going on at Six Flags, all the better hotels were booked for Friday night. We tried to extend our other reservation but couldn't.

Food was left in fridge from previous occupants. Room door was broken. Toilet handle was broken. Did not feel safe at all. Probably the worst place that I have ever stayed. The directions from Google Maps had us lost for 2 hours. Found out that we were not the first people on that day to be lost.

Check was 1 1/2 wait could not check in till 4:30 pm . The desk said there were no clean rooms available.

The staff didn't really conversate with us and he was just slow and very quiet. Granted we checked in late at night! The room is decent and clean sheets but the bathroom wasnt as clean. Or just the broken lid to the toliet tank seemed kinda like maybe they just need renovations. Though there were several mysterious stains and the bathroom door looked like some one had tried to break in and it was broken to the point where i was scared to close it for fear of getting stuck in the bathroom. But overall was okay for what it is!

I really enjoyed how comfortable the room was. I booked the family suite and my friends and I were able to sleep comfortably on our own beds. I am definitely going to book here again on my next trip.
