el hotel es comodo y limpio, tiene maquina para hielo, mi mini refri en la habitacion y mini cafetera lo que es genial para mi, la pantalla de tv en muy buenas condiciones, en cuanto a el deposito, te lo evuelven sin mayor problema, una vez que revisan que todo este en orden. el aire acondicionado enfria muy bien, en lo general me gustan la instalaciones de la habitacion, amplia, limpia y con lo basico.

Sinceramente no pensé que el hotel estuviera en las condiciones en la que está, sucio, oloroso, con clima excesivamente caliente. No quería ni sentarme en el sillón de la habitación de lo mal que se veía. El box spring de las camas tiene el plástico como si no quisieran que se ensuciara desde que se compró, detrás de la computadora general está toda la mugre y papeles que se ve que no limpian, ni limpiarán, en fin, nunca más.

A las 8:45 ya no había nada para desayunar.

I asked for a baby bed or crib an the front desk clerk gave me the most sarcastic reply - uh what do you want ? U need a what crib or baby bed ? We don't have any of that here. Ok I put in the special request or accommodations part that stated I needed this and any other hotel would've responded with a sorry sir we have those things. I even asked about a couch or pull out and nothing. Then upon checking in I had no toiletries in the room an no towels and it was a whole hassle to get them. But they hotel is convenient when your in a hurry. It's ok

Have stayed many nights and I will stay there again if in the area. My main complaint is, when using the sink I would smell an off putting oder. I just used the tube to wash my hands. Also, the shower water did not have the same oder. Not great if you haul a trailer

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and that’s the only reason I’ve stayed here, but this is the second time they have cleaned my room and not left any fresh towels. None. How are you going to clean a room being used and not leave any towels?!! Never again!

It was close to where we were going. The room had a sleeper sofa, it looked like they found it in a dumpster. The cushions were all tore up and dirty. It just didn’t belong there, just throw it away please !!

The condition of the room was very far below standards. There was no security latch on the door inside. A handle was missing to the night stand. the love seat looked very old and dirty plus the pillows were unzipped and the foam sticking out. The curtain had stains and a cigarette burn. There was no second curtain layer. The room was on the ground floor. The coffee table had permanent damage marks. The bathroom floor was leaking. The bathroom was clean and the bed sheets seemed clean too.
