We reserved two queen size room for my daughter’s San Antonio swim meet trip over the weekend but found out only one king size room was assigned after checking in. We tried to negotiate with the guy at the reception but he was so rude- without any apology at all. After our request, he finally provided us two queen size beds on the 1st floor right next to the hobby which is extremely noisy. Since it was so late night already and my daughter needs a good sleep for the early morning race, we had to compromise and decided to stay in the room with one bed only. It was really horrible experience and we won’t never ever stay there for future trips.

The location is good for Fiesta texas, about 6 minutes away. They are short staffed according to the staff. Check in took almost an hour due to rooms not being clean or ready. We booked for 4 people had 2 towels and one wash cloth in the room. The staff was friendly and gave us the appropriate amount after we asked. You have to check in before midnight or the room reservation is ‘closed’ we were late checking in so it made the rest of the day difficult since we were behind at that point.
