聖安東尼奧機場/北極星商場萬怡酒店(Courtyard San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall)

Excelente ubicacion frente al aeropuerto, facil acceso al North Star Mall a pie. Mi reservacion incluia desayuno y en el hotel me indicaron que ya no tenian este servicio, hay un bistro, el menu es limitado, no hay opciones de alimentos para niños y los precios son altos. Pedi 2 dias que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y nunca acudio el personal de limpieza.

Elevators and hallways smelled funny - room was ok and had a comfortable bed. Have a problem with Hotels that charge for coffee - if I’m a guest you should be providing coffee for your people. Hotel had a thermos of coffee out in the public area and when I went to get some a staff lady was very rude and told me I had to pay for my coffee from the StarBucks - Really put up a sign and be polite to your guest. Ok that staff lady made sure that I wouldn’t be coming back anytime soon

My floor had sticky goo on it that I stepped in room 210 the patio door did not open the night stand was bolted to the wall and you could see the screws looked super ghetto, the bathroom was clean tho For a Marriott I would stay at the one across the street I’ve seen super 8 with nicer rooms But the lobby and staff are super nice it is convenient they pay for your Uber back to the Airport I would give this hotel a 7.6/10

Stay was great. Customer service was great and the bar and breakfast was even better!! Just a few minor things like small hole in wall..and other small blemishes and imperfections but overall comfortable stay.

The hotel need to be updated the a\c make a lot of noise like a Bus, the shower sinks a lot, the toilet sinks every 5 mins make noise , the phone didn’t work to call front desk bad carpets, the hair dryer didn’t work

Loved this hotel staff very friendly when the second we got there. The room very clean and spacious. Definitely will come again.

Una estancia decepcionante. Hace años que no me hospedaba en un Courtyard Marriot y veo que han bajado mucho la calidad. No me volveré a quedar ahí. La primera noche había una cucaracha grande en el techo. Llamé a la recepción y muy amables ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto o ir a matarla. Pedí que fueran y el personal muy amable pero es inaceptable que en un hotel así sucedan estas cosas. La segunda noche tuve que pedir otro control de TV ya que el de la habitación no tenia pilas. Y por último, desde mi llegada solicité que limpiaran el cuarto y lo olvidaron. Un día si lo hicieron al siguiente no y cuando hablé para pedir que lo hicieran ya era tarde por lo que lo harían al día siguiente pero al día siguiente yo hacía el checkout. Me ofrecieron un refresco o chocolate de su tienda como cortesía, el cual no tomé. Una cosa no es proporcional a la otra y me parecen varios temas que uno no espera al hosped**** en un Marriot. No tengo quejas de la atencion del personal pero si de los descuidos.

Un hotel descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento. Aunque me cambiaron de cuarto pero me tocó una gotera y además sucio.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of the issue i had with the room fridge and immediately accomated me to another room with extreme ease.
