I got to the room and they gave me a room that was not clean , so i went and got another room once in the room i got only on towel the shower had no where to put soap or shampoo and conditioner so i had to put them in the top of the rest room tank and bed sheets had stains in them very bad room don't think i would stay there no more

Non smoking room smells like smokers have been here. Also burn spots on bedspread and sheet. Construction in rooms next door. Parking lot has a lot of debris. Concerned about getting a flat tire.

There was hair on one towel. The bathroom faucet was not working well. Water splattered out and faucet handle could not be controlled. The floor was creaking.

Bed sheets had stains on them. Towels had stains on them. The bed had hairs like if someone had slept on it and they just made the bed and re rented the room. I had rented the room for two nights and i only stayed one, i prefered to lose my money rather than staying another night.

Bedsheets were stained. Towels smelled clean but they were all stained as well. Homeless lady kept yelling all night outside in the parking lot.

Close to everything. Room had a lot of roaches and other insects. I was told that they gave me the best room they have. I'd hate to see the other rooms, if that's the case

What I liked the most was the staff did not hesitate when asked for certain items in the room. He was very friendly and helpful

Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! My room had a smart tv which requires internet obviously, the internet was SUPER SUPER SUPER Slow was not able to watch live tv or stream anything!!! The first room I was assigned had HORRIBLE Visible brown stains on the white sheets it was disgusting, the ac unit was missing the cover panel, the restroom door was cracked in multiple places…I’ve stayed here before with no problems but today was just HORRIBLE!!!
