全体的には清潔だし、部屋も広かったので、とても良かったです。 早くホテルに着いたので荷物だけ預かってもらおうとしたところ、チェックインさせて貰えたのがありがたかった。 困ったのはエレベーターが全然来ない事、下の階だと来ても満員で乗れなかった事や、下からもエレベーター待ちで行列になってた事です。 場所は、リバーウォークもホテル直結だし、アラモ伝導所にもすぐだったので便利が凄くイイです。 駐車場は高いので近くの安い所に停めるのをオススメします。

The hotel’s location is perfect. Everything in the Riverwalk area is at walking distance. The check in and check out were fast and easy. Staff is friendly and respond pretty quick to any request. I needed extra blankets and they brought them to my room really fast. There is a CVS pharmacy only a few steps away from the hotel They have access to Riverwalk area through the back side of the building. The Alamo is super close to the hotel. Everything is walking distance. They also have a pool on the rooftop. The hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very pleased with our stay at Hyatt Regency Riverwalk. The staff was so nice and accommodating from girl checking us in to the bellhop, to the parking helpers. We self parked since we had lots of gifts in our car, but that was a beeeze. The room was very nice with an amazing view of the Alamo. We have stayed in many San Antonio Ricerwalk hotels, but this is our new favorite!

This will be the only place we stay in San Antonio. Wonderful front desk staff, valet and bell services. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for a quick weekend getaway. The Riverwalk access is central to most of main restaurants and the hotel is a short walk to the Alamo. Great location!

The beds were lacking of quality. The water never got hot even turned all the way on hot. Breakfast buffet was $35 a person which is quite a bit these days for some breakfast items. Our view of the Riverwalk was kind of a view of the riverwalk as it was overgrown with trees and construction. Overall, definitely was not worth the $350 a night that we paid.

1500 Characters is not enough to describe how wonderful, amazing and express this stay. We do this staycation every year and stay at a different hotel in San Antonio. Hands dow this was the most unique stay. We actually slept it was so quiet. Don’t pass up the opportunity to book this location.

Very cold room - despite report no change in temperature. Bathroom sliding doors very difficult to open/close. Door to room difficult to open. Inadequate room service. No comfortable seating in room. Concierge service unbelievable - no knowledge of area at all. Sent on a wild goose chase but a knowledgable concierge would have known where we wanted to go was around the corner!! All information via phone scan - something we don't have. Printed info given mid stay...by concierge! Valet unwilling to book taxi for early morning ride to airport - insisted taxis will be waiting in line outside - had to wait 20 minutes for taxi to come at 3am. Food in restuarant and bar very good with excellent staff. Would I stay at hotel again NO, but would I eat here, yes.

The streets outside were extremely loud with obnoxious cars that are supped up and extra loud as well as trash pick up after 11PM. So until about 2 AM sleeping was difficult. But not faulting the hotel in this everything was great and staff were super nice.

At check in I was told I was in the wrong Hyatt River Walk. There is another with a similar name 10 minutes away. Very inconvenient. My room was not available at noon so I paid for an “upgrade” River View room which ended up being unbelievably loud from activity outside until late at night.

Our stay was wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is that even when the pool is closed, the rooftop should be open for guests to enjoy the view. Adding a hottub and bar up there to enjoy in colder weather would also be nice.

Nice hotel but a little noise at night, you can hear the elevator or cars on the street I was on the 7th floor, that was my only issue other than that very convenient to walk around every where.

Room wasn’t ready, then wrong room given…and to add insult to injury, room given was absolutely gross, hairs all over the shower! Brought it to the manager’s attention and he was so cavalier! Hyatt as a loyal customer overall and to this hotel, you need to do better!

All was great except for the bed in 463...it needs to be replaced badly you sleep in a shell hole...both my husband and I were very sore after a 3 night stay. Everything else was great there!!

Nice hotel. Terrible valet. Waited about 45mins . Then had to go get my own vehicle because they took soo long.
