"Thompson San Antonio - Riverwalk, Hyatt之下"

Just a short one-night stay, but everything went smoothly. Beautifully furnished room, fast elevators. Easy access to Riverwalk - walk 10 mins to restaurants and shops. The only little annoyance is that an adjacent property is under renovation and they start work early (before 8am). The other thing to know is that they only have valet parking (@$60/day) but you can park on the street for free overnight (6pm-8am) or in nearby public parking lots ($18/day). Didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but they have a bar/restaurant on the top floor that has fantastic views. Next time we'll have breakfast there. I'm a fan - would definitely stay here next time in San Antonio.

The Thompson Hotel was phenomenal! I was even able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that the front desk clerk didn’t provide much detail at check-in, no directions to the elevators, no explanation of the little things, and not even a mention of which floor my room was on (I had to check the envelope myself). At a hotel of this caliber, I’d expect a bit more attentiveness with those details. The valet staff helped with all the questions. They were vet helpful! Other than that, everything else was absolutely awesome!

The proper is okay but the staff looks unhappy 🙁 all the benefits that i supposed to have when checked in was not giving to me When i realized i didn't receive it at the reception, on my way out the next day i approached one of the receptionist with the concern and i was told that 😅 there was not more water bottles anyway the service was proor compared to order hotel i visited before Thanks

I had the worst experience with the Thompson hotel , I got charged another room, because their system wasn’t populated with ******* . Charged my card WITHOUT authorization . And when called and confronted they took no blame as if their system and charging my credit card with out my permission.. Great hotel but will charge your card without you knowing it . Sadly horrible experience but the manager Angie was nice

We were very disappointed with the service at The Moon’s Daughter rooftop by the bar area. We arrived around happy hour, and despite the place not being busy, the bartenders completely ignored us. We had to ask multiple times just to get a drink. Later that evening, we returned and there was glassware left all over the tables, with no staff attending to the mess. Also, we had requested a crib for our room, but it was extremely uncomfortable for a baby, the metal bars underneath were very deep, making it impossible for a child to sleep properly. This should be looked into, as it’s not suitable for babies and could be dangerous without proper padding or a mattress.
