Came in for an event Saturday night. After we got to the room, we heard a large group of people laughing and talking super loudly. For the life of us, we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. We were on the 8th floor. It wasn’t next door on either side, so it was a total mystery.

Nice hotel. Things I loved: NESPRESSO machine in the room, Water machine in hallway with options for sparking or still water, rooftop bar, spa, friendly staff. Things I didn’t like: the neighborhood view from my room, towels not fluffy, linens were ok, bed not that comfy. Couldn’t do military discount at booking.

The biggest issue I had was the placement of a very large TV akwardly placed dead center and crooked in the middle of a room built around the hotel’s unique architecture. The king bed suite with fantastic 90 degree views overlooking the city, completly obstructed from every angle by a TV that was not in listing photos. I ask to be moved to a different room only to be told there would be an upgrade cost associated any transfer. Eventually after talking with management they sent someone up to move the tv to the side of the room, halfway through our stay, so we missed the sunset viewing time I had most anticipated. The front desk claimed they are not responsible for the way 3rd party booking sites represent the layout of the room, only for me to u To my next point, the listing was advertised as all inclusive at one of the highest price points in the area, only to have no parking, and a 52 dollar valet as the sole method to park, never mentioning this in original listing. Add in a very expensive breakfast option, I didnt even try due to cost, and it just felt like the more you give the more they really just want to take. And finally a small but significant inconvenience was there are no trashcans anywhere near the entrances, lobbies, or hallways. This is as advertised a pet friendly establishment, and they need a pet waste bin. It is a beautiful property, with world class potential, but that also sets expectations higher too, and convenience and design oversight really

The room was super clean and check in was very easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful…from check in to valet parking. Definitely recommend this hotel. The rooftop bar was very nice and it had a lovely view of San Antonio. Great stay!

My husband and I came for a staycation and this hotel is hands down the best place to come. Dining options, and their attention to detail is one of the huge benefits of booking here. Also splurge on the spa! It’s amazing!

Beautiful property! The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The front desk and spa staff were wonderful. We tried every bar/restaurant in the hotel and the service was terribly slow and they were always out of a lot of things. Even the most basic stuff. I would recommend leaving the property for food and beverage.

The hotel is very nice with excellent staff. With 2 restaurants and snacks at the pool, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The surrounding area offers nothing as it is in an old area. SA is under a major upgrade to many areas. You are close to getting on the river walk if you want to get out without a car. Two nice lounges for your enjoyment plus adult beverages at the pool area.

Me encanto este hotel .céntrico ,cerca de todo .muchos bares y restaurantes .si no quieres salir del hotel no necesitas hacerlo ,el hotel tiene de todo ,bar,restaurante,discoteca ,piscina.la atención es maravillosa.el parqueo es servicio de valet parking ,pero vale la pena.es un excelente lugar.

Found the hotel Uber dark and not elevated. Felt like a time warp. My room phone did not work and was not fixed even after I told the front desk. Water pressure in th shower was weak. Staff at the restaurant was cordial. Will not stay there again.
