habe das Hotel storniert. Weshalb bekommen ich keine Bestätigung der Stornierung. Das Hotel sagte ich müssen bei Ihnen stornieren. Das Zimmer war verdreckt. Bad/Toilette! Bettlaken waren verschmutzt. Kein anderes Zimmer war verfügbar. Ich bitte um Stornierung und Gutschrift. Der Hotelmanager war damit einverstanden. Siehe Bilder

There was nothing great or wrong about the hotel room. I arrived at night and wouldn’t recommend walking around that area alone in the dark . The listing states a $50 security deposit but I was charged a $100 deposit and trip.com customer service agent contacted the hotel on my behalf. I left at 11am and prior to leaving there was 2 separate knocks at the door to serve as reminders check out was at 11am. On the Charming side. Around at 11pm I decided to grab my self an ice bucket which was located on the first floor, after I got my ice bucket and headed towards my room a young mother sat on the stairs smoking a cigarette with her two lil girls. And as I passed I said to the girls “excuse me young ladys” as I got passed them, the young mother apologized and told her there was no need for an apology , smiled and continued on my way . I could hear one of the girls ask her mother why I referred to her as a young lady, the mother replied with because one day your grow up to be a beautiful lady. The lil girls laughed and laughed, which brought forth dad. Asking his family what was all the noise outside about? The girls said with excitement that their mother had said they would grow up to be beautiful … and don’t know what else was said because by that time I entered my room. But the sound of the two “young ladies” laughing and laughing, did make me feel better. When I woke, the day light revealed an industrial area of San Antonio TX I had never seen before. I would stay there again.

I’ve never written a review ever but I had to with this place. My mother, her friend, my friend and I decided to drive from McAllen to San Antonio for my mom’s birthday. The pictures of this place looked nice online, we get there and we noticed there was little to no cars. We get into our room and immediately it was horrible. Hot, stinky and unpleasant. There was a dead roach on the floor next to the bed, there was what it seemed like to be dead bugs smeared on the wall, the bathroom was dirty, bedsheets were stained with some kind of bodily fluid, and not to mention the walls were ugly. Lady at the front desk refused to give my mom a refund, unacceptable. If you’re that money hungry, go find yourself a REAL JOB. NOT TO MENTION AGAIN! Receptionist admitted to my mother that they lived there, yeah clearly. Will never be coming back here again! Don’t ever sta in this place if you want a comfy an safe stay with your family. Absolutely disgusting.

this room was clean but had a hair between the mattress and the need to clean all that. no frig, shower was hot, the ice maker outside was broken (again from what the guy states when told). didn't see any vending machines, as stated on site, Milk was sitting on the corner at room temp. only had cereal and bread, no butter or jelly. didn't see toaster.

Check in went quite smoothly. The person at the front desk was very kind and patient. However, that night, we did not have hot water for our shower. It wasn't cold, so we weren't too concerned. The next night, we did not have any water at all. We waited a few minutes to see if it would come back on. When it didn't we called the front desk. We were told that they knew of the problem and were working on it. A few hours later, we still did not have water. We contacted the front desk again. They told us they were still working on it and that it would be fixed the next day. We asked if we could check out early and get a partial discount. They said no and that the best they could do was give us an extra two hours to check out the next day. Next day, we still did not have any water. When we went to check out, we were told the water was working and that we could take a shower (it was not. The water was coming down in a small trickle and cold). We were also told that if we opted to leave the night before, we would have been given a refund for the night. I explained to the person at the front desk what was said the night before. Only excuses were made. We opted to leave. Hotel still refused partial refund and told us to contact the third party we booked with claiming they did not have the ability to give us a refund since we did not book with them directly. Third party told us they contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused to approve of any refund. There was never any communication from hotel staff about the water outage. They claimed they called every single room, but my room was never called. There were no notices posted. No letters given to customers about the situation. No options were presented. Never booking with them again.
