Good and very comfortable. The stuff and breakfast is awesome. No slippers and teeth brushes so don’t forget to bring by yourself. Also free cafe taste great and serve for 24 hrs. Recommend to all of you !!!!!

在我看來，這是一家位置非常優越的酒店，距阿拉莫圓頂幾分鐘 (5) 分鐘路程，往返聖安東尼奧的道路十分便捷且快捷。

住宿體驗很棒，很安靜，房間也很寬敞，但有點遺憾的是，我們睡得很晚，所以無法享用早餐，但除此之外，我會向家人和朋友推薦這家酒店

Stayed 4 days for a shopping trip/ wedding. Night one- toilet broke. Would not flush in the middle of the night. Day 3- only day we allowed room to be cleaned. Left in the morning, shopped all day came back after 5 cleaning staff from one end of the hall to the other. We enter our room. The towels we piled up are gone and trash cans are empty, no liners. The rest of the room is just as we left it. I’m tired and livid. I go down stairs and advise front desk. He calls the cleaners. They tell him our beds are made and he tried to hand me a stack of towels! No our beds are not made and I won’t be taking those towels. In the end, a second man working at the location went upstairs and had the ladies “clean” our room. When it was done we had dirty bedding, not one table to was touched, no replacement coffee, coffee maker still on bathroom sink. Day4- I showered with roach walking between shower curtain and liner OH JOY

Honestly, we booked a BW plus and I don't think this hotel should be considered a Plus. The floors are LVT and they felt dirty. The bedroom had the LVT floor and it was just dusty and gritty. The pool was closed which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel location. The location was suspect. Many stray dogs and homeless people seem to be lurking around. I didn't feel safe. The birds pooped all over my car to which was absolutely disgusting and possibly took paint off my vehicle.

First, double check the address if you book, the hotel is located on the PanAm Expy, if you try to follow the address on hotels .com you end up in the middle of the interstate and a few miles away. Second, I added an extra day to my trip a couple of days before I left through ********** and the hotel did not get the message. Desiree at the front desk was absolutely wonderful helping me get it sorted so props to her!! Third housekeeping did not go by the room until very late in the afternoon (3rd floor room) Not an issue but I thought it was a little odd. Fourth, the furniture in the room was okay but a little flimsy for hotel use and one of the drawers in the bedroom was broken. Fifth, breakfast was really good and all of the staff I interacted with were nice.

First of all they charged me twice for my reservation when it was already full Elevator take for ever to take you somewhere We get woke up like 1am from police because somebody was shooting outside through or window so they could be holes on our room so we need it to check so scary im still checking about this Its not that clean you can smell pool every floor

Tuvimos una experiencia incómoda, llegamos a hacer el check in por la noche, nos asignaron habitación y un par de horas después (como a las 11:00 pm) nos tocan a la puerta fuertemente varias veces, nos asustamos pero era la recepcionista que nos había atendido anteriormente. Muy grosera nos preguntó el nombre de la reservación y el porque estábamos en esa habitación (yo supongo tuvo un problema con la habitación que nos asignó pero no er nuestra culpa) y menos la manera en que se presentó en la habitación. No supo que decirnos, nos dijo que esperáramos su llamada y se fue molesta. Nunca nos volvió a llamar, ni siquiera para disculp**** de la manera en que fue y la hora que era. Asimismo, el último día buscando unos audífonos debajo de la cama, encontramos una cucaracha. Afortunadamente fue el último día, pero no volvería a este hotel nunca.

The hotel overall just seemed very dirty and not clean. The elevator was slow and seemed a little unsafe. Also, police literally busted down the hotel door at 1:30am next to mine, waking me up. Just not the greatest part of town I suppose. Will definitely not be staying again.
