Very comfortable hotel, excellent staff & easy secure parking. I’ve stayed with & without my enclosed alum trailer without any issues. Great easy access location & enjoyed the breakfasts. The Wi-Fi is better in the lobby all of the staff seem very helpful & friendly, Heather at reception has been an especially huge help for me the last 2 stays. Great place, highly recommend.

Took a short trip for my son's travel ball game tournament, enjoyed the stay. Kid had fun in the pool!!!

I didnt like this hotel and i would never stay here again the walls was dirty in the bathroom kids was running and making alot noise over my head didnt have much variety for breakfast they dont give u enough wash rags and towels my daughter went downstairs to ask the girl for more wash rags and towels and she said they didnt have many how is that only gave us 2 wash rags and hand towls then the key card to open my room door wouldnt work have to keep going down to the front desk a few times so the front desk could fix it

La persona que nos atendió cuando llegamos no fue para nada amable . El hotel tiene muchos aspectos respecto a la limpieza y estado de los baños . La única persona q está en la noche si fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó con una tarjeta para poder entrar a nuestra habitación . Por lo demás fue demasiado lo que pagamos por lo que ofrecen por la estadía.

Staff was awesome, gave good restaurants recommendations. Pool and spa open and working but needed a good cleaning. Mediocre breakfast, not a fan of chorizo in my eggs. Food was cold. Bed was like a dream, big points there. Not much to complain about, good stay.

Overall experience was fair, the room was clean, the staff was friendly upon arrival. Here are my issues, the bathroom tub when taking a shower the water would just accumulate instead of draining quickly, the people who were staying above us you can hear them walking around really loud, then the room was close to the ice machine which you can hear people getting ice at all hours which made it really frustrating when trying to sleep. Other than that it was okay

Nos fue muy bien , una estancia agradable sin contratiempo y sin ruidos, habitaciones limpia y muy confortable, gracias!!

I had a problem with the Toilet (overflow) and the heater wasn't working.
