Pésima atención de front desk.A las 15,30 hs no había habitaciones disponibles y me ofrecieron otras habitaciones q no eran las reservadas sino tenía q irme del establecimiento. Mala predisposición del personal de front desk. No lo recomiendo a nadie!!!!

This was a horrible experience in customer service and how this hotel treats it's guests! I will NEVER stay here again! I thought my checkout day for my reservation was 16th, so when I got to the hotel the night of the 15th my key did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask why my key was not working I was told that I should have already checked out at 11:00 a.m. that day and that they were going to need to charge me the cost of that night plus a $250 cleaning fee. I was also told that I could not stay there that night they could not check me in I had to wait for their manager the next day well I start work before their manager comes in so I am probably going to be charged for two nights now on top of the $250 cleaning fee I was not given a courtesy call to ask and make sure that I knew that that was my checkout day and to confirm if I was extending. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back this has been the worst experience I've ever had I will never stay at this hotel this is the worst hospitality experience I have ever had.

Everything was and is good boit this place. I figured i would give it a try. I usaully stay at other hotels like hilton not far from here. Only thing that kinda suck is no coffee machine in room. But nothing i could complain bout. Cuz starbucks is jes diwn street from the hotel. Lol Im sure gonna stay here again

What a terrible experience. We did not get to stay at this hotel. I called at 3 pm And said that we would not be able to check in until after 8:30 pm and wanted to confirm our rooms. We had to rooms reserved. They stated no problem. We arrived at the property at 9. No rooms available for us. Recommended we go to the next town of Belmont and call the manager for credit., we are traveling with small children. Super frustrating. The descriptions on ********* is misleading for property.

This was a good stay. The only thing we would have liked to see different would be the breakfast. They say breakfast included, but it was muffins and granola bars. Other than that, everything was good.

I used to stay here a lot, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had there. We booked a room with 2 beds. They wouldn’t give us the room we booked and then 2 days into the stay, moved us to a room with 2 beds. To top things off, the shower wouldn’t drain, nor the sinks so I ended up skipping a day of showering because of it. Even bought draino to try to fix the problem to no avail. This place has turned into a low class apt building and the staff (manager included) simply don’t give a crap. There’s better options out there than this place.

We check in late, they were helpful with that but the pull up bed were my son was going to sleep was dirty it has multiple stains not sure of what but being a business I would think that it should have been replaced and no toilet treats only a bar of soap. Also there were no extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed.

We checked in and out bathtub was broken. Went to the front desk right away. After waiting over 20 minutes for the front desk staff to show up and help us they were extremely rude and refused to offer a solution. Later when we called to ask again if there was any way to be put in a different room the front desk staff HUNG UP on us TWICE. Unbelievable and Unacceptable.

Would not stay there again. Very small room. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Vending machine wasn’t working. Interior is very old.

We love staying here. Staff super friendly, great location. Walter is amazing at customer service.

Very friendly efficient staff, comfortable clean room and all facilities working well. No problems at all, that is all very much appreciated.

We had a great stay. The staff was great, always friendly and attentive. Only issue was the shower stall was not cleaned well
