聖克萊門特海灘羅德威酒店(Rodeway Inn San Clemente Beach)

The hotel needs some renovation. The carpets are dirty and worn out. the couple next door was too loud. I had to call the desk to report it because it sounded a domestic violence around 2 am. The front desk guy answered back with a question; "what room number are you calling from? What room number are they? The one next to bed wall or the opposite?" He was more annoying with his questions. i was hoping for him to come and talk to the guests or sent security or police because it sounded domestic violence. The hotel was ok to stay at but the rooms needs proofsound walls and new carpets.

Front office clerk not very friendly. Not respectful to the cleaning lady that she called into the office while we wete there.

We like staying here, it is always clean and nice and it is close and walkable to dining and shopping. Great comfortable stop for a quick getaway.

The woman at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. I didn’t realize the room I had booked was a smoking room and my son is severely asthmatic, so that wouldn’t work. She quickly helped us fix our room reservation to help us get into a room to meet our needs (non-smoking) and was so kind. The room is clean. It’s not a resort, but to have a room with a king bed plus a decent sized bathroom with a bathtub and not just a shower, and a mini fridge and microwave in the room, it’s really all you need since people visiting should be exploring San Diego anyways! I parked maybe 10-15 feet from my room on the first floor. I can’t complain!

It was a good value for a 2-Star Hotel at $99 plus taxes & fees. It is not fancy, just basic, but had all the amenities needed for a easy, comfortable night stay except a broken ice machine. It is in a safe area as it next to a school & park and the hotel has free garage parking.

The location is good as it is closer to the beach than other motels in the budget price. It is definitely priced well for the area. Basic accommodation, comfortable bed, everything worked. The beach, restaurants coffee shops and 7-11 are walking distance. Major grocery store one mile away.

San Clemente is beautiful, really worth many visits! My stay at the Rodeway Inn was good. I am a male, solo traveller and was only looking for a place to shower and sleep - and that's what I got. The place is very simple, but very clean, everything worked: shower, hot water, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee maker in the room... The linens and towels were clean, the parking lot was plentiful. The bed was a little hard for me, but that is probably personal preference. The staff was efficient. I just wish they let me use the restroom after my checkout, didn't seem like an odd request, but nope!

The cost was affordable and the room was clean. Parking in the back was a plus and the bed was very comfortable. While it isn't the Hilton, it was a solid nights stay.
