老城E-Z8汽車旅館(E-Z 8 Motel Old Town)

Will never stay here again. Definitely not clean. Front desk staff act as if it’s a bother to help you. Shady people were staying there. Noisy with people fighting and screaming in parking lot. I would not recommend

I should have known when I checked in and was told i was given a smoking room. There are no hotels or motels in San Diego that allow you to smoke in your room except for this place. When I got to my room it smelled like someone had just left and it reeked of pot. None of electrical outlets worked. The freezer has a layer of ice that i don’t think has ever been cleaned once. The best part though was the used condoms on the toilet, a big ass didlo stuck to the shower wall and a pair of dirty underwear in the sink. Beyond disgusting

Very dirty hotel, smells very bad, people smoke inside the room. This hotel does not have good attendance. (Bed people), with frequent police visits on the hotel premises. Pets are allowed in this hotel, animals sleep on the beds in the rooms. The bed linen and towels are old, dirty, torn and with dirt stains, and it smells bad. There are spiders, cockroaches in the room and the cleaning is terrible. The structure of the Hotel in general is very bad. The photos on the website are deceiving!

We had reasonably low expectations based on reading other reviews, but even for a cheap place, it really needs to make some improvements. The check in process was really slow. The pool was fine but kind of felt like it was decaying/breaking apart. My parents' room had running water in the bathtub that couldn't be shut off. The worst part by far was that I started getting itchy spots across my skin which continued to get worse over my stay. We suspected bed bugs and when we looked at the mattress, it was disgusting. The hotel did handle it correctly when we asked for a different room (they gave us the suite room), but it was still hard to feel comfortable during the stay, and we had to wash every piece of clothing we owned out of fear of bringing the bugs home. All in all, would not stay again.

I've stayed there a few times over the past few months and each time I'm checked by the same girl. She is one of the best front dest agents around.. her smile and personality is genuine and she easily anticipates a guests needs. I'm taking a moment to write this about her cause I really think she deserves recognition for the job she does

This hotel looks nothing like in its pictures bad area the room was disgusting. It’s not a place for people to check in. It’s a place that the homeless are living at the gentleman next to us had to pitbull in his room as we walked by that he could barely control, let alone the person downstairsdoing her laundry in the bathtub and hanging it outside

It was the worse the lady whom I did spoke too about a noise complaint she did right away go quiet them down but other than that everything else was the worse!! The location is next to the train so you will hear it! Rooms smell like cigarettes it was disgusting and I couldn’t sleep just thinking about my vehicle that they didn’t hit it or try to steal it! Myself and my family didn’t even shower the floors felt so dirty like they’ve never mopped them. And people are just RUDE!!! They be outside listening to their music thinking they are all cool near their car playing loud music it’s just so annoying!!!The only person I would thank super much is the nice lady from the office who did come over and told the loud guys to quiet down!!

We have been staying there for a week now and today we booked the room at 11:03 and they are trying to charge us a late fee of 22.50 because it wasnt brfore 10:30 but all of there information online says they charge a alate fee after 11:30 or if your checkig out at 2pm

The location is ok easy access to everywhere but it is surrounded by homeless people. We ask for cleaning services and cleaning towels that we never got ! To much noise at night! Not just the train . One night we hear people fighting on the hotel that end up when the police got involve ! Horrible night !!
