I booked 2 rooms through ******* and I called the hotel 3 days before our stay to confirm everything. My 2 rooms were confirmed and I was given my hotel reservation #. When we arrived, the staff could only find 1 room for me. I was told to contact *******. I only got an automated message. I entered all my info including the itinerary # ******* provided. I had it on my phone and verified I was entering the correct #. It kept saying they couldn't find my info. The hotel was booked and it was looking like I was going to have to cancel my 1 room and try to find another hotel. After an hour, the desk clerk called ********** herself and spoke to someone. They finally found my reservation. The other horrible thing that happened was the parking garage. When u enter, the sign says 6' clearance. However, when you are leaving, it drops down to a 5'8" clearance. The roof of my husband's truck was torn up and he had to work with the staff to get his truck out. We will be filing a claim. The staff themselves were nice but what a terrible experience.
