Woke up at 2am feeling itchy and found a bed bug so we had to move rooms with a 1 and 5 year old. They said for the inconvenience and bug bite they would refund me for that night, was told by 2 different front desk people. In the hassle of moving in the middle of the night we forgot our kids tablets and didn't realize until we were on our way home to Arizona. We called and asked them to look for us and the lady my wife spoke to was really rude and said they looked multiple times and didn't find them. We were close to the hotel still so we just went without warning. We were able to check the second room, we knew they were in the first. After a little we got to check the first room and my wife found them mixed up in the sheets which we never used or messed up because we slept on top of everything and took our own blankets. It was very suspicious. After a week I never got a refund and we called them only to be told we can't get one and can only get reward points on our account which we don't have. This whole time my bite area has been itchy and my lymph nodes have been swollen due to an infection.
