聖迭戈圓環温德姆戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle)

位置方便，不錯，但是衛生間小，有點舊，暖氣聲音有點大，洗手區因為下水口壞了有點不方便，不過換房間比較麻煩，所以我就用了它。

Everything else according to my expection but I book with breakfast for 4, but they didnt serve with excuse coz of pandemi but give no compensation.

Ma chambre etait vraiment belle pour un hotel budget. Tout etait en parfait ordre sauf le bain. Transport en commun a la porte tres pratique si vous n'avez pas de voiture. Il n'y a pas de dejeuner d'inclus. Le restaurant sur place Bunz est un peu dispendieux pour un burger joint mais ils servent les trois repas. J'y retournerai surement. Je vous le recommande.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación para ir a pasear y conocer San Diego. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Suficientes lugares de estacionamiento. El personal en la recepción es muy amable y atento. Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en este hotel y las dos veces nos ha ido muy bien. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.

Woke up at 2am feeling itchy and found a bed bug so we had to move rooms with a 1 and 5 year old. They said for the inconvenience and bug bite they would refund me for that night, was told by 2 different front desk people. In the hassle of moving in the middle of the night we forgot our kids tablets and didn't realize until we were on our way home to Arizona. We called and asked them to look for us and the lady my wife spoke to was really rude and said they looked multiple times and didn't find them. We were close to the hotel still so we just went without warning. We were able to check the second room, we knew they were in the first. After a little we got to check the first room and my wife found them mixed up in the sheets which we never used or messed up because we slept on top of everything and took our own blankets. It was very suspicious. After a week I never got a refund and we called them only to be told we can't get one and can only get reward points on our account which we don't have. This whole time my bite area has been itchy and my lymph nodes have been swollen due to an infection.

Overall stay was good, rooms were clean. Pool was murky 1st night and hot tub was cold another, but both were cleaned and serviced mid stay and okay for the duration of our stay. Parking lot was a bit confined to larger size vehicles. Bathroom door got stuck in one of our rooms other room was good.
