位置很好，周圍有很多事情要做，停車不是最好的，但靠近高速公路。

Picked the wrong hotel for I was confused so don’t blame them for that. But no washcloths or towels. No cable. Window wouldn’t completely shut. And there were ROACHES. Luckily , only a few in the bathroom and I chased them back into the wall but the hotel went from disappointment to a disaster. Staff was nice at desk, it’s only savior. It was during a medical conference so price was higher than usual. Once I saw the regular price, u knew I picked a bad spot. I almost left on day 3 for can’t deal with bugs, but I stuck with it. Do not recommend unless they fix their roach problem.

the parking lot is the worst! it is hard to find the place and then my truck barley even fit in the parking lot. it's so tiny. then you have to back out onto the street because you can't turn around in the parking lot. the deposit is $200! why is it so much? that's out of control! the lady wasnt very nice about the whole thing we had going on either. I ended up getting refunded to find a different hotel but it took more then 3 days to get the money back. this place needs more info on their rooms and stuff on the website and stuff. i didnt even get to a room but the place is so small!

I liked The harbor view Inn. It was a great location. It was quiet and easy to book. They really could update their furniture and add little coffee pots in the rooms. Overall, I would rate this really good and would stay there again thank you.

The customer service was great. Owners need to take pride in maintenance and preventative maintenance. Mildew smell on 1st level, broken towel bar, and tub caulking is bad. Other than that front desk agents were great and so was housekeeping. Great location

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. When I turned the ac unit on it kicked out a stale, urine smell. The room across the hall had at least 2 dogs that never stopped barking. We got back to our room after a concert and had to step over at least 3 homeless people on the steps to the entry door. Ended up grabbing our things and leaving rather than stay the night.

Two best items 1. Location to Ocean, dining, coffee shops, And 992 bus-line from to Grape street. 10 minutes Airport close by 2. Bed firm and soft best part of the room

The ******* should be ashamed when they give 7 stars for the dump like this hotel. You miss guide your customers with false advertising. I will try to inform others not to fall in the same situation as I fell in. The hotel doesn't deserve a single star. Oh, I forgot to write, how much the room stink, we checked out from the hotel 12:55 am. I have the invoice and told the person , ******* falsely advertise your hotel

Place was not clean, too much noise, Front of my room was two dogs barking very loud all night and drawers didn’t work Called reception and nobody cares. Next morning I complained to the guys at front and he didn’t care I said there is nothing he can do.
