都市精品酒店(Urban Boutique Hotel)

Hotel located in Little Italy. Very close to the restaurants and a walkable distance to bus and trolley stations. Room is small but clean. Has a hair dryer and iron. Did not seem to have room service included but it didn't bother me as I was only there for a short stay. In general a great place for a solo traveller to stay for a short time.

Great location, plenty of restaurant and things to see. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed for 1 night. The location is excellent in the heart of Little Italy. The hotel does not have food options but there are many choices around the hotel. The room was small but comfortable. I liked that I could open the window for fresh air. My one complaint is the decor. It was very drab. I would describe the wall colour as ‘prison gray’ and there were no pictures on the walls. Brighter, more stylish decor would seem more in keeping with being called a ‘boutique’ hotel. If ‘drab’ doesn’t bother you then I would recommend this place.

Great staff. Always smiling, quick to offer assistance. The property is in the heart of Little Italy. Never had far to walk for food, coffee, a market. As for the room, it was clean had everything we need. There was just sloppy patch work done to the walls. Probably to fix water damage to wall under airconditioner. The tv was not centered on the wall so one side stuck out creating a place for my husband to hit his arm multiple times walking in and out of the bathroom.

The best features of Urban Boutique Hotel were their friendly and helpful staff, comfortable king sized bed, and location next to restaurants and the bay. Located in Little Italy, it is about a mile from downtown, a quick taxi ride away. We had business to do in the downtown area, and it was a good less expensive and pleasant place to stay.

Todo estaba sucio desde la entrada del hotel hasta el baño de la habitación, dicen que si esta disponible el estacionamiento y esta como a 10 cuadras del hotel y si solo te puedes estacion afuera en la calle y hasta las 8 am si no te multan, la cama es de metal suena y el aire huele muy mal, el precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen por sus mini recamaras.

Very easy to get to from the airport. Helpful staff at reception Bed was very comfortable, but the room felt very rushed to modernize, lots of uneven paint and plaster. showerhead dripped a long time after a quick shower. I stayed a sunday night and it was very noisy in the hallway on 2nd floor and rooms not very soundproof. For the budget and for one night, it was more than acceptable.
