聖迭戈圓環希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Hotel Circle)

這是一次很棒的住宿！我們沒有任何問題！停車結構非常緊張所以我認為這是唯一的缺點。

他們無法為手機充電，沒有插頭，除此之外，他們向我收取的費用比我預訂的要高得多，而且當我退房時，他們每天額外向我收取30 美元的停車費，而且他們非常粗魯，沒有紙或紙浴室裡的毯子上有很多血跡，說實話沒什麼好

The room was great. Parking is problematic. They have a parking garage but the turns are narrow and it's very old. On top of the high prices for the hotels in San Diego, you have to pay 30$ a night for parking where your going to stay. It would have been more expensive to not rent a car if I had to Uber all the time because it's not really an area you go walking in. Seems like they cheapen the brand by charging guest for parking.

They advertise contactless checkin. But wont actually allow you to do contactless checkin. They still require you stop by the front desk regardless. When i asked the front desk about it she said it just kind of speeds up checkin. But we still have to physically see the credit card. The process of checking in was literally no different than checking in at any other hotel. So it didn't speed up the process whatsoever either. So doing the online checkin was literally a complete waste of time. The AC in our room was broken. We had the thermostat set to 66° to try and cool it down. But it was so hot we couldn't sleep.

No check in já informei que eu queria limpeza e arrumação do quarto diária. Cheguei do trabalho num belo dia e meu quarto não tinha dito arrumado liguei na recepção para reclamar e disseram que lamentavam muito. Pedi para me levarem toalhas de banho e não havia funcionário para ela r as toalhas. Pediram que eu fosse na recepção retirar. Achei lamentável esse atendimento.

Service was phenomenal! Was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. The carpet needs to be replaced badly. It had many holes in it the size of a fist, as if there was a stain they didn’t want seen; it was actually ripped off and removed. There were also multiple stains, I didn’t feel comfortable wearing bare feet. This made the entire room feel dirty, the light switches were yellowed and dirty looking, the bed skirt was not I place which revealed a foam earplug on the ground. There were also damaged walls with scuffs and dings. A fellow customer also told me they had cigarette burns in their carpet, which also left an unsettling feeling towards the conditions. Despite the state of the room, the service couldn’t have been kinder, but since they were sold out they couldn’t show me a better room.

Would not recommend this hotel. Over priced parking at $30 per night and it's a hike. If you have a big vehicle you have to park outside of the garage so not covered. Bathroom outdated and old. When arrived towels were dirty and I had to put the trash bag in all the garbage cans myself. Not critical but I would think that is something they could do. I booked this hotel based on reviews and Brand. However I was disappointed. Lots of other hotels in the area that are much nicer!

The parking garage has inadequate signage to locate elevator. The parking spaces are nearly to compact. The path from parking garage to hotel lobby is not well lit. We stayed on the first floor which lacks accessibility as we had to climb stairs with a sleeping child and heavy luggage with no alternative route. The bathroom needs to have the wallpaper replaced behind the toilet and in the living quarter the carpet should be cleaned.
