只住了一晚，但總的來說住得很愉快！前台辦理入住手續順利簡單，客戶服務很棒！

Ok experience for the stay.

My stay started off fantastic until it wasn't. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room did not flush properly and kept getting clogged. The 1st time it happened I spoke with reception explained the situation and the state of the toilet and asked that they send someone to unclog it. This was done first thing in the morning as I was heading out of the hotel for the day. On my return that evening to my room I found that nothing had been done again I spoke to reception and asked this be sorted out. Thankfully it was clean when I got back from dinner. 2 days later the toilet was clogged again. Again I speak to reception and again inform them that the toilet is not flushing properly. My stay was a total of 8 days and I did not want to be down every 2 days moaning about my toilet. I requested to be moved to another room. They complied but insisted that I move all my stuff from the 1st room to the new room as soon as possible. Even after I informed them I had an appointment I needed to be at and inquired if this could be handled later today. The lady at the reception then annoyingly asked when I thought that would be! I could not give an exact answer to this as I was not sure exactly how my day would pan out. Bottom line I had to change my room right then to keep the hotel happy. Never mind the fact that I as their guest was been put out! I really think this could have been handled better. I was disappointed by this hotel as I expect better from the Marriott Brand hotels.

This hotel is consistently excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Love the Bistro and the staff were especially excellent! I would recommend getting new bath towels (they were well worn and thin). Thank you for being there when we come to visit family & friends!

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The carpet and furnishings seemed new. The outdoor space behind the hotel looked so pretty. The location was an easy spot to go outside and run a few miles down city streets. I felt safe.

I loved the restaurant/bar area and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Eddie made me the best margaritas and Chris was very relatable and gave me the best conversations! I did have an issue with the a/c unit in my first room, but Bobby did his best to accommodate me and for that reason I would definitely return. My stay wasn’t perfect but it wasn’t all that bad either. I actually enjoyed myself.

Our room was dirty. Linens had stains, bathtub had chipping, and we had ants/crickets. Felt extremely dirty. Hotel had a small bistro with a few options with limited hours. Luckily the location of the hotel is close by to many other food options. Gym was tiny with again, limited options. We stayed here due to our friends wedding block being at this location. A few other friends we spoke to also had the ant problem in their room. Overall, I would never stay here again. Specifically for the lack of cleanliness and ants.

Great rooms, great staff, beautiful hotel as expected! The bistro is very convenient and the staff was incredibly kind to my family. Try the cheesecake! The ducks and pond were a beautiful view, I look forward to returning.
