Excelente hotel servicio Perfecto

在這裡舉辦婚禮，真是一個很酷的地方！

La peor experiencia de mi vida, no les recomiendo que reserven este hotel, ya tenia pagado el alojamiento y no me permitieron mi habitación, soy de fuera de eua y me pidieron tarjetas para congelar 100 dls para garantía de la reserva, ( ya estaba pagada la habitación ) y mis tarjetas no las detecto la terminal, les ofrecí efectivo para la garantía y no accedieron, mi niña de 4 años estaba con frió y co detonaciones de asma por esa noche fría y ellos apesar de que ya tenía pagada mi habitación me negaron darme las llaves para acceder a la habitación, me enviaron a seguridad y aparte de eso mi tarjeta al día siguiente apareció con compras de más de 50,000 pesos con cargos que yo no realice. Al final conseguí una persona que me facilitara una tarjeta local para poder ingresar a mi habitación y me hicieron cargos por 100 dls que nunca me regresaron, preferí perder una noche más a volver a esa horrible experiencia. No se los recomiendo por nada, piénsenlo antes de querer hosped**** en este hotel, al gerente y recepcionistas muy indiferentes sin solucionar nada y dándoles gracia y burla que hasta seguridad enviaron para que me retirara del hotel, sabiendo que ya estaba liquidada la habitación

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. More restaurants than I could count were within walking distance. The harbor was also within walking distance! The only complaint I have is that the beds and pillows left quite a bit to be desired. Other than the sleeping conditions, 5/5 and would stay here again

Stayed here for 3 nights in a standard room. Awesome place room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The $25 credit was useful on the first night as I got in late and used it for room service. Gym facility had everything I needed to get in a workout while travelling. Close to trolley stations and about a 10min walk to Gaslamp quarter for night eats. Would definitely stay again on a return trip

Well, this is a “no” for me. Great location if you’re interested in walking in downtown, nice scent inside the hotel in the lobby, and good housekeeping service. Now, - what really surprised me - the greeting was very dry, absolutely not welcoming, the receptionist quickly gave me instructions, the booklet and got my card info. Honestly I don’t recall anything like that in other places - almost $60/night for parking - seems a bit too much considering the price for the room per night and $25 daily destination fee - I got a room close to elevator and my 3 nights weren’t quiet unfortunately, people were slamming the doors and walking back and forth - the valet service’s phone died and it delayed getting my car on time, so I was a bit late for my appointment

Hotel Republic is very well located between Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy, close enough Balboa Park, and a short drive to the airport. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I was happy with my room. The restaurants within the hotel have a very good vibe but I wish they had more vegetarian options on their menu.

Los muebles de la habitación algo viejos y mezclan el lobby con el restaurant, lo que hace incómodas las áreas comunes. Muy caro para el tipo de habitaciones que tienen. La ubicación es buena y hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca. Personal muy amable.

First of all Hotel.com you did a horrible job. One week before my trip the my reservation on your app was nowhere to be found like it completely disappeared. Second your description of this hotel did not say there will no self parking or no oversized vehicle allowed in the valet parking.
