All in all, i like the hotel. It's a bit older, a few things cpuld be spot checked (broken floor tiles, vetns could be cleaned, just small details). Clean, felt safe. The wifi is spotty, which this is a big deal for nomads/remote working. The manager and staff are absolutely a delight! Helpful, kind, and just really nice. The location is perfect! Right off the boardwalk/ ocean run and beach. Very walkable area.

We were greeted wonderfully and even checked in a tad early. The property is certainly older and you can tell they've done what they can to update it. Lots of little things like cables coming through the bathroom to the TV, dirt and smudges on the furniture were reminders of that. It didn't seem as clean as it could be, but we were only there one night and the location was good and perfectly walkable to everything we were doing in the area. Worth the cost overall.

This landlord/owner is simply not maintaining the property. The phones in the rooms have not been working for months. I asked and they said "they are out." The ice machine was not functioning. One of the two vending machines is not functioning so no option to get bottles of water. The Wi-Fi arrangement is not workable- my devices would not connect and the helpline could not fix it for me.

After having 3 other visits before Covid that were wonderful I was shocked to see how the property has gone down in quality. My room had many issues, the thermostat was not working so I could not heat or cool the room, the toilet was not properly bolted to the floor so it felt like it was going to tip over when you were getting off and on. The shower door leaked water into the bathroom floor that created a puddle of water that I had to clean up after every shower. The phones were not working. Such a let down. They offered to fix these items but I did not want a construction crew in my room, so I hope they fix these issues before anyone visits next time

My daughter slept on this pillow. She didn't notice the other side was stained until the next day. Prior to heading out to Sea World. I gave it to Carla i believe in the front office. At the time she could not give me a new one. When we returned to the room. We assumed it was a new one. Nope! The day of check out. She noticeds the other side of the pillow. They could have at least replaced the pillow case! For that i would not stay there again.

We arrived at nearly 10PM so everything was a bit dark. Looking at the stairs to the second floor and the walkways, we were a bit concerned. Once we opened the door, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very nice sized, bright, exceptionally clean, very nice beds, a table we could eat at. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location, location, location... we could walk to the beach in about 3 minutes and even see the ocean from our window.

The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is amazing being that it’s right in front of the beach. The parking is super convenient and close. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice extra. Big showers. Will definitely be staying here again.

Booked last minute trip to SD to see niece at her graduation. This was the closest hotel walkable to other family. The best thing about it was the front desk's kindness in allowing us to cancel one of our nights and the room having a little kitchen to use for meals. Hotel exterior is somewhat off-putting (older converted apartment building with some deferred maintenance) but don't worry, the rooms are refurbished and clean.

Upon arrival we were given a room underneath the garage which had holes in the roof, so we could already tell the property needed updates. Once we walked into the room the smell was overwhelming to say the least... it started to give us head aches immediately, i tried to escape to the bathroom to only find our toilet broken. We could not call the front desk to ask for help so my husband had to walk to the office 3 times but the ladies were kind and gave us a new room for the night but said we would have to change the next day which was an inconvenience, but the two replacement rooms were odor free and spacious although it was install new cable weekend which took 2 hours for the guy to do everyone was kind. Overall the staff was nice, the location was great but the hotel just ****** and needs some work.

I still want my money back. It took over 30mins to get into the room and i had to waist gas to go to a different hotel to get a old guy to go back to my hotel of stay. And the keys didn't work... so i drove back to the hotel, and i just gave him the key and kindly said just give me my money back i don't stay in unprofessional places.

Older motel , redone on the inside . Bed was not comfortable and ac was off and on all night . I brought a towel from home , as other reviews said they were small , and they were. Our room was on the end, so lots of traffic noise in the am. Fine for the price . Def a 7 tops

N’Y allez pas !! vraiment pas ce que les photos représentent … on devait y être pour 3 nuits et on a quitté dès le premier matin … il y a tellement un manque d’entretien dans cet hôtel , ne laissez pas les photos vous amadouer. Ça pue, c’est laid la seule bonne chose c’est qu’on est près de la mer.

This is like a motel. Some guests are partiers that get back 3-4am and are noisy. Can hear guests upstairs through floor. Close to beach, room decently clean, TV small, property like a motel.
