立地最高。安全な地区。 パドレスの本拠地ペトコパークが見える。 リトルイタリーまで歩ける、ダウンタウンが近い。

Great environment and location. Personal was nice and helpful. The restaurant is a bit expensive but have a great taste!

Was very disappointed. We arrived at our room and it wasn’t very clean. The shower had hair still on the walls from the last guest. The hot water never got hot when we showered like warm at best. The air conditioning rattled every time it turned on and the ceiling had several water bubbles in the paint in the restroom and near the air conditioner. We usually love this place but not anymore will not stay here anymore

Room was old and furniture was really worn. Shower was broken and at the end was charged an extra $200 for parking and mini bar when we didn’t even touch the mini bar and parking was supposed to be $50 per night but overcharged us for that as well. Will never stay here again!

I normally stay at the Marriott Gaslamp or Mission hotels but decided to try the hardrock. I checked in on Friday midday and tried to take a nap. It was so loud —elevator and hallway noise, street noise, etc that I called to customer service to ask to change rooms to a quieter room away from the elevator and street. Customer service was good and they moved me to an 11th floor room, they even gave me a suite but unfortunately it was just as noisy. I haven’t slept for two days! I don’t mind that the hard rock is a fun and more party type hotel but the rooms seem like the walls are paper thin. Even on the 11th floor I heard street noise For hours! I could hear people coming in at all hours of the night I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning. At the Marriott I’ve never experienced this. If you want to sleep, don’t go to the hard rock. !!!

Was very excited for a first HRH stay. Our expectations were a little high. The room wasn’t as pristine. Wallpaper loose in many areas. Cracked bathroom counter top. Small bottles of bathroom amenities. Noisy neighbors with a hot tub.
