聖迭戈老城舒適酒店(Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town)

The best part was the staff, they were amazing. Overall-It was just ok. I definitely would not stay here again because for the price it was not up to par. The bathrooms needs updated and was not as clean as we would like. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling off, for example. The location is by a highway, and there isn't much around to quickly get to, like fast food or stores to buy food. If you are just there to go to MCRD, and you don't care about food nearby, then the location is great. We didn't have a car and the only close restaurants were expensive, so we only went there one night. The Old Town shopping and dining area is really neat. I have to say again that the staff was 5/5 stars.

Too expensive a night for a below average room. The fridge made a banging sound constantly throughout the day and night. I had no wifi the first couple hours and the man at the counter completely forgot to give me my key, information on the hotel, and my parking permit. I had to come back and ask him for my things. Very mediocre.

Worn installations, rooms are horribly noisy, hotel is right by the freeway and a ramp, impossible to have a good night sleep. Pay a little more for a hotel that is farther from the highway. San Diego is a tired city anyway, everything looks worn and old, too expensive, rude people everywhere.

The person who checked me in was very professional, efficient and friendly. Parking charge of $16 was a surprise but a reasonable rate. Hotel is an easy walk to the vibrant center of Old Town where the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions are located. Although the property is simple a bit dated, they provide all the necessities—clean rooms w/ fridge & microwaves, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, and even a small heated pool with sufficient pool towels. Coffee is available in the lobby all day. All in alll, it’s a good place to stay in Old Town San Diego.

Staff were above and beyond friendly and accommodating (as much as they could be)! Room was decent. Breakfast was really good because they had lots of options. My faves were the chilaquiles (even though we woke up late and there was barely any left), and the strawberry batter for the waffle maker AND mini waffle maker! Parking in the little underground garage was SO BAD, small/tight spaces and other guests did not know how to park which made the actual available spots even more limited.

It was hard to find, really tucked in and it's a blink and you miss it turn into the parking garage. Parking was NOT included like it was stated on the website when booking it. The hotel is old and in need of some real repair not just a paint job and fancy throw pillows. There was literally a 2×4 beam holding up the ceiling in the hallway to our room. Our first room did not have a working fridge and they weren't able to bring us a new one so they just switched our rooms. Big mistake. The second room was much dirtier, the toilet was leaking from the back and flooded the bathroom. It ruined our plans for the day waiting on them to fix it. Breakfast was the only semi decent part of the stay. The front desk was rude when dealing with our issues. It was absolutely not worth the price. This should be a $80 a night motel. Will never stay here again.

Pool was not heated, stains on ceiling directly above bed, closet door wouldn't close, tub drain would stop, went throught 5 keys at 3 differant times, wasnt told there was no house keeping, had to get clean towels 3 times while old wet towels piled up on floor in bathroom causing room to smell musty
