聖迭戈使命谷動物園Homewood Suites by Hilton(Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley/Zoo)

Our stay was not a pleasant due to various reasons. We stayed at 10days in total and only received 2-3 times room cleaning services despite many reminders. Besides, we only got one room key for four people which created many inconvenience on top of that some reason that single key was not functioning to open the back door where we were parking our car and we had to walk all the way to the front entrance to get in to the hotel. They settle the problem only few days after we checked in and I cannot imagine what short stay guest did !? Also, the internet service was not smooth, we could not even logged in first couple of days despite getting support from Hotel IT team which gave me frustration since I had to follow up my business on daily basis which interrupted badly.. We stayed few rounds at "Homewood Suites by Hilton" at other destinations and never faced similar problems and we have choosen this hotel by relying on the same name however it was not comfortable and satisfactorily stay at all.

La chica que nos hizo el check in no fue muy amable, pareciera que no tenía ganas de trabajar. Nos estacionamos en el sótano pero para entrar al hotel se requiere la tarjeta de huesped, la cual aún no habíamos recibido. Llamamos a recepción a ver si alguien podía bajar a abrir la puerta pero la chica dijo que no. Sugirió dar toda la vuelta hasta la puerta principal (la cual estaba lejos) o esperar a que alguien saliera o entrara para poder accesar. Al día siguiente pedimos cambio de habitaciones porque nos asignaron una habitación con encufes flojos, no se podian cargar los teléfonos; gabinetes sueltos, una de mis hijas se machucó su dedo debido a eso y la hizo llorar; almohadas incómodas, teníamos que apilar 2 lara tener soporte en la vabeza; al colchón del sofá-cama se le sentían los resortes. NOS PIDIERON PAGAR LA DIFERENCIA por el cambio. Cobran $24 de estacionamiento ¡¡¡POR CADA NOCHE!!! La comida que dan en el desayuno es básica y limitada. Creemos que ya necesitan mantenimiento algunos hoteles Hilton. YA ESTÁN VIEJOS.

We were initially impressed with the lobby upon check in. However, when we entered our room, we noticed how old and not well maintained the rooms was. We were in a one bedroom suite for our party of three. Let’s being with the kitchen: the pantry and kitchen cabinet doors were literally falling off the hinges and the floor had clearly not been mopped. Next the living room area: also not vacuumed and the carpeting was clearly starting to pill and had snags in it. Onto the bedroom: the bed was creaky, sheets were old and the blanket was thin and worn; carpeting in here was also worn and had lots of snags in it also. The bathroom was large and spacious but not a lot of lighting as there were no windows. Water pressure for the shower was basically non-existent, and some of the towels had stains on them. All the walls had some wall papering, but the overall feel of them was just dated. We were really disappointed in the overall quality of the room. Parking could be better, as overflow fell into the Benihana restaurant parking area. Staff services was generally friendly, but I didn’t need them for much. I am a Hilton member and asked for a later check out. My request was denied as they said they said they were fully booked for the next round of guests. Overall, just not impressed. Will not be returning for future visits.

這是我住過的希爾頓品牌下最糟糕的飯店。我不應該忽視這些評論。房間需要認真更新。浴室門把壞了，馬桶座圈看起來不乾淨，污漬也無法去除。花了很長時間才得到所要求的物品。不得不打電話四次要毛巾。菜色少了。我不會推薦這家酒店。住在飯店圈裡的那家就好多了。我希望我能讓希爾頓酒店平靜下來，讓他們知道這家酒店給他們帶來了多麼壞的名聲。這是一個如此破爛的地方。他們為他們提供的糟糕服務收取很高的費用。唯一好的是早餐。

El hotel no cuenta con restaurante, tiene un área a un lado de la recepción donde se ofrece el desayuno ya incluido en la tarifa; los colchones ya están un poco viejos; la limpieza de la habitación no la hacen diario, la tienes que solicitar con 24 horas de antelación; solicitamos en recepción que nos apoyaran a conseguir un taxi el último día de nuestra estancia para que nos llevara al aeropuerto y nos dijeron que ellos no podían ayudarnos, pues no tienen ese servicio!!!!! Que la única manera era que nosotros lo consiguiéramos por medio de Uber!!! Ah! No hay cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones.
