最佳西方Plus米慎灣酒店

重新裝潢的房間看起來很漂亮，床也很舒服。但是木地板很粘，沾上白襪子或光腳會很髒。我們預訂了 3 晚住宿，可以透過高速公路到達。可惜的是，3 晚有 2 晚夜間相鄰的建築施工噪​​音很大。第一天早上我們收到了乾淨的毛巾，但沒有人清洗，床也沒有鋪好。地板黏黏的，摸起來很噁心。第二天，根本沒有人來更換髒濕的毛巾，也沒有人打掃房間。那天晚上我們回到家後，我不得不打電話給前台，讓他們大約晚上 9:30 送給我們乾淨的毛巾。顯然，那個女孩敲錯了門，所以我不得不在一個小時後再次打電話確認我們的房間號，我們終於拿到了乾淨的毛巾。電梯和走道很髒，需要翻新。免費早餐種類豐富，用餐區保持乾淨。

設施有點簡陋，但整體來說還可以。

Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on *******. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. Another person staying in another room gave us theirs. Secondly, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone regularly smokes in there. Third there were ants in the sink and on the counter. And 4th and most disgusting on our last morning a roach the size of a silver dollar was in our bathroom. The breakfast that they advertise as having waffles and eggs didn't. Just hard boiled eggs in a plastic container already peeled collecting germs. All in all a horrible experience. We will never frequent tjis location again. And I encourage ******* to remove this location from there offerings.

Casi todo bien, solo que jamás nos pudimos conectar a la TV y el personal no pudo ayudarnos que porque “cada TV es diferente” que tenía que funcionar siguiendo los pasos y si no, no sabían qué hacer. Y el “desayuno incluido” No era más que pan tostado, avena, 2 tipos de cereal, naranjas, café y jugo. Hemos reservado en hoteles más baratos y con mejores desayunos que esto.

Well, what can I say. Did an investor buy this hotel and then not support its maintenance and management? Staff seems overworked. Things are pretty dirty - walkways, railings, elevators. Cramped situation getting off elevator with staff laundry big bins blocking egress/ingress. Tub didn't drain. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV didn't really work. Maybe the remote needed batteries? Terrible internet. That might have been the problem with the TV. I could book my flights or make other reservations with such slow internet. Web pages took forever to load.

The hotel was in a very convenient location—right off the freeway but with none of the freeway noise—with plentiful parking. Our room was very tastefully appointed and seemingly recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. Would happily stay here again!
