The hotel was fine. However, your services were terrible! We had accidentally booked our trip for September 22 (instead of September 23). We caught the error immediately and called your Help desk. Kim helped us change the date to the 23rd, and emailed me a receipt and Itinerary number for Sept. 23. But the hotel had not been informed of the change. So although our credit card had been charged we had no reserved room for the 23rd. We need to get a refund for the $181.18 as soon as possible!

Worse mattress I ever slept on. Stale smell when entered the room. I had already paid through ******* and they said virtual card didn’t work. NO elevator for upper floors. Not sure why rate is so high! 2 star hotel definitely…

My recent stay at San Dimas Hotel was quite disappointing. The first issue I encountered was with the plumbing in my room. The toilet was clogged, and when I called the manager for assistance, he informed me that he couldn't fix it and suggested that I come downstairs and get a plunger to fix it myself. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to address the problem was quite frustrating. Furthermore, the amenities provided in the room were severely lacking. There was a shortage of soap and shampoo, and I had to practically beg the staff to provide me with enough for my stay. It's unacceptable for a hotel to not have basic toiletries readily available for their guests. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised a complimentary breakfast. However, this turned out to be false advertising. when my child ate my omelet by mistake, I asked the cook if he could make another one for me, but he rudely refused. Overall, I found San Dimas Hotel to be subpar in terms of both service and amenities. The lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues, the insufficient supply of toiletries, and the false promise of a complimentary breakfast left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free

We liked the pool, and complementary breakfast. Coffee in the room didnt get refilled, I was here for three nights, besides that nothing to complain about, AC was terrific with this heat.

It was terrible. I had older brother & sister with me on family trip. Brother has walking issues. We check in at 9:00pm and as I walk away desk person says oh by the way the elevators are broke. He put us on second floor. Guest in hotel helped lift my brother up to second floor. When they get to room it has one bed in it. There are 3 of us☹️ I walk bacak down furious and he says, oh sorry let me see what I can do for you like he is doing me a favor. I asked where Mgr is and he said she took the night off, really?? Poor poor business. Now how am i going to do breakfast in the morning? I go down to speak to Mgr who called in sick. Shameful shameful and nobody knew anything more. The only person who helped was the kitchen woman who was able to give me a tray to bring breakfast up the stairs. This hotel was a hot mess, and could have been fixed with some leadership. Never again

The property was clean the room was clean I am just disappointed that they did two deposit transactions one was refunded back , but then they did another transaction days later and withdrew it from my bank. 10 days later they stated they are still trying to do a reimbursement. To bad because it was clean and not so bad of a stay. But I will think about staying there again

Check in was a nightmare because someone at hotels . com applied the wrong card to pay the room which led to a 45 minute embarrassing nightmare be fore it was straightened out.
