My recent stay at San Dimas Hotel was quite disappointing. The first issue I encountered was with the plumbing in my room. The toilet was clogged, and when I called the manager for assistance, he informed me that he couldn't fix it and suggested that I come downstairs and get a plunger to fix it myself. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to address the problem was quite frustrating.
Furthermore, the amenities provided in the room were severely lacking. There was a shortage of soap and shampoo, and I had to practically beg the staff to provide me with enough for my stay. It's unacceptable for a hotel to not have basic toiletries readily available for their guests.
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised a complimentary breakfast. However, this turned out to be false advertising. when my child ate my omelet by mistake, I asked the cook if he could make another one for me, but he rudely refused.
Overall, I found San Dimas Hotel to be subpar in terms of both service and amenities. The lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues, the insufficient supply of toiletries, and the false promise of a complimentary breakfast left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free
