巴特利特酒店和旅館(The Bartlett Hotel and Guesthouse)

房間裡沒有毛巾，所以我們多次去斯特拉特福德酒店要毛巾。但我們沒有從女傭那裡得到任何毛巾。最後我們需要自己從斯特拉特福酒店自備毛巾。房間很小，兩個人幾乎打不開行李箱。強烈不推薦。

酒店位置優越。遺憾的是我們的房間沒有浴室，但整體住宿服務非常好。

入住手續在另一家飯店 Stratford 辦理，距離飯店很近。如果您用卡片支付押金，可以自助結帳。 飯店不提供行李寄放服務。 Bartlett酒店位置優越，靠近酒吧、餐廳、藥局、商店和公共交通工具。 住宿環境舒適。

Achamos bem ruim porque não tem uma recepção no local, o chuveiro quase não sai água, não tinha toalha de rosto, não tem secador de cabelo ( solicitei na recepção do outro hotel, falaram que iriam mandar e nunca chegou, tive que comprar um), os produtos do banheiro também eram ruins, tinha um cheiro de pasta de dente. Não tinha nenhuma geladeira.

Super accueil à la réception mais il fallait se rendre à l’autre hôtel. Nous n’avons vu aucun employé à notre hôtel de tout le séjour, sauf une femme qui faisait le ménage à qui nous avons dû demander du papier de toilette. Le quartier est proche de Union Square mais sur le bord du Tenderloin… et ça paraissait le soir disons! Nous avons pris la chambre avec salle de bain privée et ça a valu la peine, mais nous avons trouvé ça cher pour ce que c’est en général.

There is no one at the front desk or anyone that is, to tell you that you have to pick up your key card at a different hotel around the whole entire block. No parking, the lobby is abandoned, there’s an old vending machine with nothing in it. And everything is dirty. The lobby does not have outlets for phone.

I could NOT EVEN USE THE BATHROOM I’m soooo upset with this I did NOT STAY in the room I hand the so called keys back to where I got them at 5 pm I could not even use the toilet!! I am owed a refund for not staying in that hell hole

There are reasons this hotel is so much cheaper than other nearby hotels, but given those expectations, I had a great stay. You have to check in at another hotel about a block away, but that check-in process was smooth, and when I checked out I could just leave the key cards in a dropbox. I paid extra for a room with my own bathroom and it was clean and quiet. No AC, but there was a ceiling fan and it's San Francisco so it never got too hot.
