Best hotel in San Francisco

we loved this little spot, the renovations make the obviously super old building seem new (the floors are uneven everywhere so it's hilariously disorienting), and the staff is friendly and great. my friend and i decided we'd definitely stay here again next time we have a weekend. the parking cost is astronomical, as expected, but I didn't worry about my car, so, shrug.

I was looking for a boutique style hotel for a weekend getaway in Union Square and came across Hotel Emblem. It did not disappoint. The unique literary theme and coziness was amazing. I loved the quotes on the carpet in front of each of the rooms as well as the books left on the desk. We actually took one home. The ambient noise machine was a odd to begin, but after awhile we were able to tune it out completely. I will have to create another opportunity to stay there again.

Our stay at Hotel Emblem in San Francisco exceeded all expectations. The staff's warmth and accommodation made us feel truly welcomed. The creative "Beat" a**osphere, inspiring generations of writers, artists, and poets, infused a unique charm into our experience. The hotel's commi**ent to fostering creativity is evident in every detail. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed, and without a doubt, we'll be back to indulge in the captivating ambiance. The addition of fortune cookies added a delightful and fun touch, making our stay at Hotel Emblem truly memorable.

This was our second stay a Hotel Emblem and once again, it was wonderful with a warm and excellent staff. We love the bonus amenities that, along with the art and vibey hotel playlists, add to the experience of this ecclectic hotel. We'll be sure to come back next time we're in the city.

Great location. Fun, boutique hotel. Love the downstairs lobby area. And they have a unique list of amenities you can enjoy in your room. I wish my trip was longer for me to enjoy having access to a typewriter and record player! Would stay here again!

Awesome hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Super friendly people, easy check in (although they do charge for early check in), great bar at night. Rooms are updated for an old building. Everything was clean and the hotel has a fun, quirky vibe. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff - unique style - nice bar and lobby - water coolers on each floor and ice- excellent book selection in each room- bar with a cool vibe in the lobby - coffee shop excellent cappuccinos :)
